The location and friendliness of the staff really made us enjoy our stay. The initial sticker shock for garage parking BUT the cost goes down significantly once you check into the hotel.

The room was spacious and the layout was suited well for three people. The window covering could have blocked out all light in the morning.

my biggest issue was with parking , it is under the hotel and shared with other properties .,Someone needs to audit the valet parking drivers , this is a parking garage not the Indy race track. While I understand that they want to impress and get a tip from whoever the car belongs to , the rest of us shouldn't have to worry about walking to our car

Garage parking connected to hotel $40 night. Self parking. Clean open rooms. Friendly staff, decent breakfast. Directly across street from concert venue!

The room temperature was mild and we were unable to cool the room down at night. This was our only complaint.

The room and hallway was odor free! grateful that they didn't use cleaners that were full of harmful chemicals. There might have been a small scent on the bedsheets, but minimal.

The breakfast was an A+, lots of hot food options. I also love the connecting SkyWalk. My sheets had a blood stain, and so did one of our bath towels.

Location was perfect. We were able to walk to most activities, and everything else was 10-15 minutes away. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the parking garage was nice. The parking was $40/night, which I felt was steep. The breakfast was just okay. My biggest complaint was the mini fridge, though - it was incredibly small, and difficult to use. It turned off for long periods of time which was not ideal when storing milk for a toddler. I thought it was defective but apparently that’s how they operate
