The elevator carpets were old and dirty and definitely need replacing. The coffee shop was also frustrating. The staff seemed willing to help, but pretty clueless and disorganized. It felt more like a management issue than a staff issue; the manager was just not running a tight ship. Valet parking was outrageously expensive. Overall, decent room size and AC, but the hotel needs better attention to service and details.

The location is perfect with many restaurants, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Lucas Stadium, The Convention Center within a short walking distance. We would definitely 100% stay here again.

Gorgeous historic hotel. Close to convention center. I could hear my next door neighbors very clearly. The walls are really thin and I was in a room with a joining door. I wish they stopped making those.

Our room had a bad smell like old standing water. I believe they had water damage on our floor. Our comforter sheet also had a stain on it that was not noticed until later in the evening.

The location was great. It was within 20 mins of all locations that I had to visit.

Staff was professional and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Great location in downtown Indianapolis. We wish there was a Continental Breakfast.

Truly always a wonderful experience. We travel from CT to see the Colts game in Indy every year - and the Omni remains exceeding our expectations every year. Such a relief having a set place year after year that is spotless, high end, and has the best coffee!

As usual, service and staff were 10/10. I love staying here. Everyone is knowledgeable, curious and accommodating. Nothing but good things to say except thank you for everything. Top notch 5 star accommodations.
