It was a short walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse with many restaurants and bars between the venue and the hotel. The location was great and the valet parking service was very efficient. The only comparable hotel I've stayed in was the Ritz-Carlton in Orlando. The Omni was very nice! While well appointed, the room was relatively small compared to other hotel chain rooms in which we've stayed. I know you pay extra for the location and because of the Fever game in town (on a weekend no less), but it was certainly on the high-end of what I ever pay for stays.

Great spot for our trip to Indy. Close to where we need to be.

Room was old and needs updates. Air conditioning in room was so loud due to needing repairs we didn’t get much sleep. No parking at hotel unless you pay $75 a night. $30 at the nearest parking garage that is beyond needing updates.

Clean, friendly staff and excellent location downtown indy. Just wish pool was warmer.

Everything was wonderful, except the breakfast the next day.

Location was great. Everything was close within walking distance. All staff members were very courteous and friendly.

Overall a great stay

The bar In the lobby was nice the staff was too. Food and service was good. The rooms…um we got the plaza suite said it had a balcony, it was a cement slab, no chairs anything, it was a joke of a balcony unless you like feeling like you are in prison! Would not ever stay there again,400 a night for a room that felt like we were in a cheap downtown motel.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Omni! The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were doing some construction during our stay, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience. We especially loved the coffee shop—the employees were fantastic, friendly, and gave the place such a great vibe. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

Great lobby and cafe

Room, staff and hotel were nice and easy walk to restaurants and Fever game. Would have given five stars if not for the AC unit. The unit kicked on and off constantly and kept me awake. In the hotels defense, I did not complain or give them a chance to remedy the situation as the hotel was full but it would make me pause to stay here again.

Comfortable bed clean and close to our concert

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was exceptional. It's my birthday weekend and they were Amazing. From valets to front staff and all the employees made us feel very comfortable. We will return for sure
