Most importantly, the room was extremely nice along with the whole property!

Staff was super friendly and all other employees were very helpful. ICE machine was broke and every day they made sure I had ice. Very nice hotel. Only negative was a tremendous amount of construction around hotel. Hard to walk anywhere without obstacles.

We stay here every year when we come to the Indianapolis Comic Con. Great location and the staff is always very friendly. Hotel is also kept up very well.

Building was cool. Room was a train car, very cool. There was construction going on all around & had no idea where to park so I used vallet & it was expensive.

The hotel was very quiet and clean despite all the construction going on all around! The only complaint I have is that charging $50. For parking is a little ridiculous!

It was amazing. Clean. Friendly staff. Even tho there’s so much construction going on it was easy in and out. Plus the valet kids are awesome and have a LONG way to go get your car so tip them well!

Other than some construction taking place outside the hotel, our experience inside was delightful and would stay again with the entire family over comparable options due to this experience!

The history and the staff. Everything was great! Well the construction but that’s out of their hands. They did the best to help prepare for the drive. It was easy once I read what to do from the messages.
