It was very close to Lucas oil stadium. Too air conditioner was too noisy.

Was a pleasant visit minus all the construction.

It was ok. They are doing construction right outside and does not notify you of this. To get to hotel was a complete nightmare as every road is blocked to get to the hotel. Finally seen a very small maybe 5ft sign saying Crown Plaza hotel enter here as it was dark and scary as it was a very narrow winding curve alley that led to hotel entrance. Then get to hotel and water is leaking from the ceiling from Studio room. Then the man checking us in had no idea how to check us in or answer our questions. I mean room was very nice but the overall experience was not so good. Thank you

It was a bucket list to stay in a train car there. The room itself was nice and pretty clean. Check in staff were not friendly. I couldn’t find my room and got little help from staff. It was just disappointing service for what I paid. Also, pro tip, if you are staying in a train car be prepared to get your luggage up and down the stairs of the car alone.

The shower curtain didn’t stay closed because of the angle of the curtain rod which caused water to pour on the floor. This must be an ongoing issue because there was mold on the floor and discoloration around the toilet.

Location! Loved everything about the hotel, will now only stay there!

However, the night shift staff at front desk MACKY was very willing to take me to grand hall at 530am. That made your guest happy. I left with a smile because of Macky's extended/voluntary effort to accommodate guest.

The staff was so nice and the hotel was beautiful. If you can stay in the train car, highly suggested. It was very fun!

We waited in line for 30 minutes for valet only to find out valet was only prepaid since it was a special event. Then the train car we stayed in, the air conditioner wasn’t working and stayed at 78 degrees the whole time. This hotel was poorly staffed and not prepared to handle a special event. In this case it was only a concert. How do they perform when a convention is in town?

Very nice inside and clean Breakfast was $28 a person, which was expensive for mediocre food. The service was very good. Valet parking was fine upon arrival but it took 45 minutes to get the car when leaving.

Traffic / parking to get to hotel was very hectic and hard to find in which it is not the hotels fault due to a hotel is being built next door to them.

First of all the construction was terrible. We couldn’t even park our car there and then our first room they sent us to had never been cleaned and was filthy so we had to move rooms. We had somebody at the beginning, checking us out and she just walked away and never came back overall we did not have a good visit.

Hotel is clean and in a great location. Got to our room and it was 76 degrees in there. We turned it down to 65 to cool it off, the temperature then stayed at 77 degrees. Went to the front desk, was told maintenance would come by, they never showed. We returned from the concert we attended to the room still at 77 degrees. I went back to the front desk and was told it was a known issue affecting multiple parts of the hotel. This information was not reported to us at check-in and was not disclosed when I went to the desk the first time. No one made an effort to accommodate us with a different room or a fan. The breakfast was not good. Food was cold, eggs tasted off. Wouldn’t recommend spending your money on the breakfast.

Despite the construction that is happening around the hotel, I would recommend staying here just for the location to Lucas Oil Stadium and that area. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Valet parking. Room was clean. The history of the building itself is interesting. It was the original train station for Indianapolis back in the day.
