Both ice machines broken mediocre breakfast room was hot air conditioning was poor

Room was warm due to the size (suite) completed to air conditioner.

I honestly couldn't wait to check out and continue on my way. My stay was non refundable. If you're booking here, you should definitely check the room first and make it a refundable room. It was awful.

Not very much room in their parking lot and the hallways were hot.

My stay was 4 nights for my daughters volleyball tournament. It is within walking distance of downtown Indianapolis. I stayed alone and the price was reasonable, but if my family was with me I would have stayed elsewhere. The bathroom floor was dirty and the sinks and bathtub drains were close to being clogged. I cleaned both floors and sink. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were relatively spacious. Air conditioner was very loud, but worked. Staff were missing at night - rarely was there someone at the front desk. Continental breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, waffles etc...

It was a great stay and I will stay again.

Price and location to Gainbridge Bathtub moldy and needed a scrub. Beds were smaller than queen size. The window to room 247 would not stay completely closed.

Great location, just not a well kept building. Easy things to fix not taken care of.

Nothing The price was outrageous. $273 per night. Then they tried to charge me a $100 deposit, The desk guy fell asleep at the desk. Homeless people walking around the hotel, breakfast was late opening, breakfast was cold, trash under the bed and behind the desk, terrible experience

The parking is terrible!!! The elevator can only fit, 1 person and a bag. The lower level parking is muddy, mud all over my shoes. The comforter on the bed was dusty and dingy definitely not white looked unclean, so happy I had blankets in my car, it a no for me…

Very nice front desk people despite all that.

I told the front desk and they told me they’d could get it cleaned up in “5-10 minutes”. No, you can’t. We were switched to a new room that had stains all over the bedsheets. Very gross.

A man staying there had his bike stolen right outside the entrance of the hotel in the garage area and the employees were so disinterested in helping him and said there were no cameras.

It was okay. Old hotel, but unexpensive.

Walking distance to Gainsbridge Field House without being excessively expensive for the location. Great Stay
