Good staff

The bathroom had several issues. The faucet was loose, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, the light switch was loose. There was only one bath towel which was frustrating to find at midnight when we wanted to shower. Hallways were hot and smelled musty. For the price, I would stay elsewhere.

The room was clean and the beds were comfy, but this hotel has a lot of maintenance issues, from the ACs to the doors, elevator, and bathtubs.

Stayed here for one night because friends were going to be staying at the same hotel for a longer stay so I thought it'd be more convenient when I decided to travel early. They seemed short staffed because it took a while for the front desk person to help us check-in. When I first got in the room it had a noticeable smell but I thought whatever, it's a cheap stay. I almost slipped when walking from the carpeted area to non-carpeted front of the room. There was visible mold in the shower area and not a small amount. I was willing to tolerate that as well since I'd just not use the shower for a one-night stay. It wasn't until I was getting ready for bed and had my shoes off that I noticed the reason I slipped earlier was because the entire carpet was wet. Not sure if it was cleaning product or something else but decided that was the final straw. Fortunately when I went to the front desk to raise the concerns they gave me a different room, but that one too also had a noticeable smell. My friends room was perfectly fine so take that for what you will.

I had read a review that the elevator was broken. The elevator is still broken. there are no rooms on the first floor to my knowledge, so you must use the stairs. The stiars were extremely smelly - musty among other smells. However my room was great! The bathtub needed a little touch up and the water didn't get super warm, but overall it was not awful for the price.

They charged the wrong card even after checking in with a different card. They refused to fix the problem with me. They personally insulted me and refused to help me. Do not stay here.

Is good for a short stay

I had much higher expectations for a downtown hotel. The carpet in the hall outside my room was wet- soaked - to the point that my shoes tracked water in my room. Brea

I did not feel safe with parking, very tiny elevator, and areas I had to go around a corner without ability to see around the corner.

While the hotel staff was amazing and bed comfortable, if you do not sleep like the dead, then this is not your hotel. The walls are thin and the windows to the outside even worse. Every single car could be heard during the night and every cube the ice maker in the hallway machine dropped was heard loudly in our room. Parking is super limited; think 20 spaces maybe and parking close does not look well secured. It was easy to walk to Gainbridge so again a positive. Would I stay there again; probably not.

Floors were dirty, hair from last guest in the shower, sheets had not been changed. When we asked if sheets could be changed, they only changed the loose sheet- not pillowcases or fitted sheets. Bathroom vanity water faucet was very loose, electrical outlets not secured and loose, bathroom sliding door was not mounted correctly and didn't slide easily. On a plus side, the air conditioner did work. Would not recommend.

Do not stay here!

Hall carpet was all wet , it splashed up on my ankle and was brown water ! Bed skirt had some kind of stain on it ! Sheet had a stain on it . Got all new sheets and opened them up and wouldn’t you know it , an even bigger stain. We went to the front desk and showed them and didn’t stay there . However the staff was very apologetic and helpful to try and make things right

We had no iron but did have an ironing board. Most hotels have extra blankets, but there was none. The stay was what we needed for our visit.

They were flexible about the time change on my booking and very helpful very nice supervisor 👌

This is a older hotel that would benefit from a refurbishment. We did have an issue with housekeeping making sure the beds were made properly and our sink was clogged. Parking was a dream however and practically made up for the other inconveniences. This hotel is a few blocks from Gainbridge Fieldhouse (where The Fever play).

The room was very clean and spacious . The bathroom was a different story, the paint was splotchy and I never got any hot water to shower with . The control for the water was complicated for me.

Upon checking in, wasn’t told that there’s no hot water. Thankfully, was only there for a day, as it still wasn’t working.
