I booked this for a nearby convention at the Castleton map. Comfortable room. Surprisingly quality bed. Loved the pillows. The staff were nice. There's only one or two elevators. It took so long when checking out, I had to climb up and down the stairs. The area around the hotel is really rough, and the parking is not great.

First night bed was terrible. We switched to another room for night 2 and it was much better! The parking was full and hard to find.

Checked in, went to dinner and came back to the room to find the hotel had no running water. Couldn’t shower, use the restroom, brush teeth, etc. awful experience.
