The room was cleaned and the staff was good to be around.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable . I did find that it did not have very many outlets for being able to hook up a CPAP machine near the beds. I had to pull one of the beds away from the wall to find an outlet which was the same outlet being used by the lamps between the beds. The TV was not functional however, my purpose of the room was solely just to have a a spot to sleep after a concert and it fit that need just fine.

There was a horrible smell in the room and it was dirty, the windows were unlocked and hard to lock (we were on the first floor), the keycards didn’t work so we had to ask for help when we returned to the room

When I pulled up, there were homeless people camped outside the hotel. The front desk clerk was hanging out with them smoking. The hotel smelled like musty smoke and god knows what else. The rooms need to be updated very badly.

The hotel didn't feel anywhere as nice as what it looks like online. There is an odor throughout that is old and musty. Upon arrival, around 5:30PM, I checked the bedding. The sheet that one sleeps on had a big blood stain on it. The sheets may have been clean, but the stain was noticeable & disturbing. I then noticed a brown goo sticky spot between the bed and the nightstand, like where your phone or can drop while sleeping. Seeing these two obvious issues, I inspected further. There was a chunk of something brown on the closet floor. Then I started noticing how many areas throughout the hotel that have broken flooring, or messed up furniture. The insides of the dressers were so scratched up and worn out looking, I kept clothes packed. I am totally fine with hotels that need some remodeling, but this felt very unclean. The carpet felt sticky so we kept our shoes on the whole time. We were going to a show, so I stopped at the front desk and kindly asked her if someone could please change the sheets and clean up the messes. She said that she could change the sheets, but no other housekeeping was there. When we returned that evening, she had replaced the sheets and removed the brown chunk from the closet, but goo was still there. We went to breakfast at 8:30 (ends at 9:30). There was coffee, hot water, instant oatmeal, 2 generic blueberry muffins and 2 blueberry bars. The price was low, but not worth it. We would never stay here again. Did not sleep well due to ick factor.

I didn’t eat no breakfast but I did enjoy my room plus I felt relax when I took my baths. I enjoyed the employees they was friendly. Then the other people were saying there it was nice. I will be coming back hopefully next month. Having dishes in the room, it’s an extending stay. You have dishes in the room, but IHaving dishes in the room, it’s an extending stay. Got in late, no staff at desk. Had to wait awhile but they were nice when they showed up.
-
Rooms were cleaned daily but the floors were slippery, even next morning. Back door to the parking lot was left unlocked. The safe feeling was nonexistent the couple days we stayed. The front desk was extremely nice, I didn’t complain to them.
-
Everything. Floors were very greasy luke feeling, just really dirty, the cord to the room phone was broke.
-
There was no one at the front desk when we wanted to check in and waited 15 minutes for somebody to show up. We got our key card and left and when we came back later to get into our room, the key card didn’t work. The front desk was closed and we had to go through a phone service to get somebody to call and get somebody back down to fix the situation. Our hotel room linoleum floor was greasy and slippery and dirty.

We had to pull off the mattresses on our beds to reach an outlet.

The location was central to where we were going. There were many restaurants in the area. When we arrived the place was chaotic to say the least. The front staff was trying to sort out some unexpected arrivals - 2 buses full of construction workers! They were all loitering outside the entrance so it looked like dangerous individuals were selling drugs in the parking lot. Terry, an employee was cursing and frustrated. The bathroom in the room could have been cleaned better. The tub and sink were grimey and the toilet paper holder was missing the bar. Additionally, there was no hairdryer or ice bucket or complimentary shampoo and conditioner. The phone in the room didn't work either.

When I got there, the first staff lady tried to insist I needed to pay again after paying online (another lady even confirmed with me on the phone I had already paid) argued with me even after she discovered I was right. My biggest complaint tho, is that we entered our room to find that all the pillows were absolutely disgusting. Stained terribly. I went down to ask for new ones and the lady said there were none clean…….told me to come back down and ask that night , but then there was no one to be found. One of our towels was gross and stained as well.

I like the room size The beds were great The price is decent and it's in a good location The room was nice Needed to be cleaned a little more stains in the restroom Day of checkout the elevator stopped working we were not informed. I walk with a cane it was a bit of a challenge walked down from the third floor. We were not informed. I had to carry all my things down the steps it was rough.

I told staff I wanted first floor room due to mobility. I was told there was an elevator . The elevator was broken the next morning with no sign or anything. I struggled to go down 3 flights of stairs due to recent knee surgery . Also web said breakfast. And there was only old coffee and nutrain bars . Will not stay here agin . Staff was not helpful. Also the beds were very uncomfortable

Staff was helpful and friendly at check in Appliances were from the 80’s, door facings of the refrigerator were covered with service rust, dead bugs in corners of the room where it hadn’t been swept good, cleaning residue on floors and countertop made things sticky and floor slick even when dry. Bad enough to complain to staff? No….Good enough to stay again….No
-
Out dated facilities. Staff was not at the desk for me to check out.
-
Hotel employee was great! Very friendly staff.
