Rooms were cleaned daily but the floors were slippery, even next morning. Back door to the parking lot was left unlocked. The safe feeling was nonexistent the couple days we stayed. The front desk was extremely nice, I didn’t complain to them.

Nothing really Everything. Floors were very greasy luke feeling, just really dirty, the cord to the room phone was broke.

There was no one at the front desk when we wanted to check in and waited 15 minutes for somebody to show up. We got our key card and left and when we came back later to get into our room, the key card didn’t work. The front desk was closed and we had to go through a phone service to get somebody to call and get somebody back down to fix the situation. Our hotel room linoleum floor was greasy and slippery and dirty.

The bathroom in the room could have been cleaned better. The tub and sink were grimey and the toilet paper holder was missing the bar. Additionally, there was no hairdryer or ice bucket or complimentary shampoo and conditioner. The phone in the room didn't work either.

The beds were great The price is decent and it's in a good location The room was nice Needed to be cleaned a little more stains in the restroom Day of checkout the elevator stopped working we were not informed. I walk with a cane it was a bit of a challenge walked down from the third floor. We were not informed. I had to carry all my things down the steps it was rough.

Good for the price, and considering the fact we were just looking for a cheap place to stay after our concert. Not very far from the music center (Ruoff) When I got there, the first staff lady tried to insist I needed to pay again after paying online (another lady even confirmed with me on the phone I had already paid) argued with me even after she discovered I was right. My biggest complaint tho, is that we entered our room to find that all the pillows were absolutely disgusting. Stained terribly. I went down to ask for new ones and the lady said there were none clean…….told me to come back down and ask that night , but then there was no one to be found. One of our towels was gross and stained as well.

I told staff I wanted first floor room due to mobility. I was told there was an elevator . The elevator was broken the next morning with no sign or anything. I struggled to go down 3 flights of stairs due to recent knee surgery . Also web said breakfast. And there was only old coffee and nutrain bars . Will not stay here agin . Staff was not helpful. Also the beds were very uncomfortable

The girl at the front desk was very nice ladie she helped me and answered my questions big help Kitchen , you have a kitchenette, hummmm, no pots or pans ,no dishes, no cups to drink from !! No coffee pot in room ,no ice mechine, or buckets, what if I was staying for a bit ?? What did I need to do buy them ? And the bed ,hard as a rock !! I mize well been sleeping on the floor. Lucky to find a trash can in room !!! I needed to check out early 430 500. No one at front desk very upsetting, I left my keys stuck in the office door and left , i tried to call someone like she said but , of course no answer!!! Staff was helpful and friendly at check in Appliances were from the 80’s, door facings of the refrigerator were covered with service rust, dead bugs in corners of the room where it hadn’t been swept good, cleaning residue on floors and countertop made things sticky and floor slick even when dry. Bad enough to complain to staff? No….Good enough to stay again….No

Out dated facilities. Staff was not at the desk for me to check out.

Property is old, looks poor and wasn't clean and room smelled like smoke. Had to go to another hotel

Arrived at approx 3:30, and waited at least 5 minutes for someone to appear to check us in. She was friendly when she did arrive. We got in the elevator and noticed how dirty it was. Then, we got to our room. It was only a double bed vs the queen bed as advertised and paid for. The lamps were dirty and busted. The backdrop on the stove was yellowed and torn, and the burners were purely rust. The bathtub had what appeared to be soap scum around the sides. The wall in the bathroom had brown streaks, who knows what that was? When we arrived back after a night out (1am) the check-in/out window was closed and not a worker to be found. Luckily our electronic key still worked. When we left, breakfast was coffee and prepackaged muffins. We’ve had successful stays at other ES Suites, but will never return to this disgusting, worn down, and dirty location.

The staff was great.

Do not stay here with family. I’m single mom with teenage daughter. When we arrived, people parting outside in parking lot. Church in lady announced my room number out loud when theyre were men behind me. Got to end of hallway where our room was and door to our room had been propped open with latch. Also, guy sitting at end of hallway on his phone. Did not sleep all night due to fear of safety. Expedia needs to add a safety part to their reciew:z
