Super 8 by Wyndham Indianapolis/NE/Castleton Area

Room was clean & staff very helpful.

The outside of the buildings won’t look appealing, but the rooms inside are clean and well-maintained, which is all that matters. A nice stay at a reasonable price.

Upon arriving to the room, it smelled like Snoop just left. We set our bags down and we noticed that the door looked like it had been kicked in once. Deadbolt wouldn’t work, door could be pushed open. The cigarette would burns in the bathroom were a great touch. Room looks nothing like pictures. Not so super.

To finish up the outside, there was a lot of people just loitering. People were having car races or lots of showing it off. There was the feeling that this was their home and we were disturbing them. When we got to the room, we were disappointed. The room stunk like cigarettes. Very odd set up…. Long den area with a chair and tv and a small table. Back by the beds is where it started to look like the pictures. Still stink so badly. The bathtub looked like someone cleaned paint brushes in it. We didn’t even stay one night. We ended up going to a different spot. Oh, and we were told that this was not the best area of town either….. so take that with a grain of salt.

Staff considerate. Moved us to a different room because first room was so bad. First room in building 5 was old, dirty, and bad odor. Moved to building 1 and was better.

Some rooms are updated and some are not.

Bed was comfy at least Room smelled bad even though it was a non smoking room, smelled like smoke. Doors and bathroom was very outdated

I travel for business. The staff is always very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are always clean spacious and the price is great. I will definitely be back the next time I’m there.

Ok let me start with this i knew this was not going to be a perfect hotel but let's start with this upon arrival the attendant was not very welcoming looked like he was not very happy to be working that day the room we where given smell like cigarettes even though it says no smoking it was very strong smell small couch that looked like it was pick up from the trash and placed there ripped corners in the arm rest looked it was used at a mechanic shop and very worn out the microwave looked like someone did a experiment on it large burn marks on it small roll of toilet paper just enough for the night I guess stairs up to the room looked sketchy as heck area looks bad and feels not very safe beds hard as they can get and extremely tall had to jump to even get on them just not a good experience had to check out early I couldn't stand being there one more night

Price is good. Plenty of parking, close to stores, good a/c, no bedbugs. Hotel has only one way to make sure housekeeping doesnt enter room while your out. Its so inconvenient to go to front desk every morning to tell them not to send housekeeping to your room. And this only works sometimes. Cards fails every 2 to 3 days.

The room was exceptional, very clean, fresh. The comfort was also supreme. The staff was beyond expectations'. Our total stay was one for the books, we felt very accommodated. We will stay again, and recommend to our family and friends if they are traveling to book a room with this Super 8.
