Spacious rooms Tight parking

The stay itself was fine was charged a refundable deposit when we got to the property that we weren't aware of which was also fine they did not do housekeeping our first night or bring fresh towels or anything of that nature and then the housekeeping staff was waiting outside our door half hour before check out to rush us out. It was fine for what it is a cheaper hotel stay.

I had a great stay at Red Roof Inn. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was easy. The location was convenient, and everything went smoothly during my stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The price My room wasn't cleaned and the shower head was broken

The hotel was filthy including the room. Bed sheets were stained and gross. Toilet seat was dirty. Floor was not vacuumed. Shower was so filthy that we did not use it. Paint chipping off all the walls. Loud air conditioner. Would never recommend or stay here ever again.

The guest that was above me steady stumbling around and the ladies 3 doors down was prostituting guys was come over all night hunking drinking being loud very bad place

bed was comfortable, room was clean, nothing special. Window air conditioner units had a bad faint gasoline like smell. Ice out of the ice machine tasted bad. Suitable for an overnight non expensive motel stay

It was absolutely horrible. Room was disgustingly dirty; unsanitary, TV didn't work. It was so bad, I left and went to a different hotel. I would not stay there. I deserve my money back!

Small parking lot.our ac errors out. Trash had a cup not from us in it when we checked in. Owner double parks his car in the middle lot. Instead of in the front lot

Convenient Pricing, parking was horrible. Trucks with trailers in regular parking making it difficult to drive through. Staff was not attentive (no one at the desk) waited for 5 mins. A press on fingernail was entwined in the covers (noticed by my granddaughter).No pillowcases.

Everyone that worked there was really nice. Gave me towels and all that whenever I asked and were very kind. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels but this one was just gross. I was seriously afraid I might have hepatitis or tuberculosis after that stay. The floor had dirt engrained in it. It needed to be hosed out or something it was so filthy, just felt like you were walking around on grains if you were barefoot. Pretty sure you guys have a mold problem too, you could see it randomly throughout the room. It was weird, the room was cool but it was humid in there at the same time. I would wake up wet or something. The bed felt slightly moist along with the covers. Just weird all around. You guys need to lower your rate if people are gonna be staying in these conditions. Pretty bad

We needed to switch rooms when we got there the staff did it easily That our room carpeting was completely soaked and wet which created a lot of humidity in the room and the shower leakedetc...not a good room but the staff easily switched us so all was well

No elevator, when we realized there was no elevator we went and requested to switch rooms but they said there werent any even though we could see empty rooms through the windows. The area was kinda shady.
