Days Inn by Wyndham Indianapolis/Castleton

Great for the price. You definitely get what you pay for. Interior of the rooms seemed clean and updated. Pretty much the entire facility, aside from the rooms, was old, stained and smelled of mildew. Our bathroom had graffiti, but this was an emergency booking after a friend fell through.

Found and killed two (2) cockroaches I'm our room. Fridge was turned to full blast and froze our food. AC unit was off when we arrived. Once we figured out how to turn it on it did cool the room down well. Walls are thin and we could clearly hear the TV in the next room and babies crying down the hall. We picked it because of the "breakfest". The toast and muffins barely qualify as a continental breakfast.

Upon entering the hall it smelled horrible the room has mold around the tub the toilet didn’t flush properly and the room had roaches. It cost too much to be this nasty

People outside smoking who knows what Breakfast was minimal and the coffee was terrible

The property was run down, it had roaches, the place was just in a deplorable condition. I only stayed because I could not find another place close to the event I was attending.

Their website advised of a coffee maker and hairdryer in the rooms. My room 209 didn't have those. It also had an iron rack but NO iron in the room. The king-size bed was a boxspring style, so it was uncomfortable and squeaked. The milk in the breakfast cooler smelled bad as it had expired two days before my checking into the hotel, so I had to settle for toast. There was only one big Great Value brand cream cheese container in the cooler instead of individual cream cheese cups. I don't like that because some people's bread crumbs were in the cream cheese container. This location is not worthy of sharing the Wyndham name.

This place is a disaster. Do not stay here. The property smells, the hallways are gross. The gym is non functioning, none of the equipment works, the water isn’t hooked up, the lights don’t work, and there is no ac, the gym is just non existent. There is nothing welcoming about this property. I know days inn isn’t the Hilton, but this was 3rd world bad. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. The tv in my room only had 3 functioning channels.

Property in general: exterior, lobby, rooms and hallways need major upgrades. Property looks like it hasn’t seen any significant investment in 20 years. Breakfast was very low budget.
