Pleasant, clean room

Clean, convenient location, friendly staff, quickly addressed issues. The shower was broken in our initial room, smoke detector was covered with bandages, and the television would black out & shut off when selecting certain channels. We were quickly moved to a new room on the floor of our choosing; however, the new room also consisted of a smoke detector covered with bandages, the fridge was missing a shelf bar making it difficult to store all of our food. I also inquired about the desk chair which was positioned oddly after we had difficulty correcting it. I was told that was “normal”. While my oldest daughter was sitting in the chair it repositioned on its own, luckily she didn’t get hurt.

The stay was wonderful will be back!

The place was beautiful and clean. The check in was quick and friendly.

When you book, ask the staff if there is a large group that's reserved because we paid good money to stay for 2 nights and a softball team of young kids were staying. The kids literally was playing tag in the hallways, loud yelling, running wild with no parental supervision. We couldn't enjoy our balcony in peace because the parents and the kids were in the courtyard being extremely loud! Not respecting the facility or other occupants. Meanwhile the staff at the front desk just sat there and played on there phone. Couldn't enjoy the bar or restaurant because the kids were screaming and running around. The food was.overly priced. So be prepared.

It’s was nice. Clean for the most part. Little dirty spots in the bathroom shower but other than that it was fine.

Cleanliness, great customer service,

The bed was very soft and there was little to no water pressure. There were stains on the sofa and the wall beside the toilet looked like a violent crime had been committed under blacklight.

It seems a little run down. There light flashing above the bed was so bright while trying to sleep. Staff friendly and helpful

Our experience was delightful! Liz (front desk receptionist) was so helpful and accommodating. Everything was impeccable. Thank you Marriott Courtyard..you DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!

Clean and comfortable

Pool was ice cold - traveling with my daughter and she was so excited to swim, but the pool was so cold it was essentially unusable.

The bar was great

The room was clean. The hotel was nicely decorated, but the choice of colors everywhere was so DARK. The elevators were dark and spooky. The lights in the hallways were dim and gloomy. When I checked out the person at the desk was on a personal call on his cell phone. He stopped talking to accept my room key. I asked him for a receipt which he printed and handed to me. He spoke not ONE WORD during that exchange. I doubt I will ever stay there again.

We had a great time. They loved the pool but it was not in service before we left which we were trying to get in before we checked out but in all a great stay! I will definitely stay again. There was no complimentary breakfast and I had my grandkids so we ate elsewhere.
