Very clean, nice breakfast, would have liked better pool hours …

Older hotel with new paint. Smelled like pot walking through the hall, I know that’s not on the hotel though. Breakfast was pretty blah and I think my pamper has a bigger bathroom in it then the rooms did

It was supposed to be a no smoking hotel but our room reeked of cigarettes. The moment we walked into the room it hit us. Highly disappointed.

The location was good and the check in was fine. I tried to call the front desk and the phone did not work (Room 205) - I could hear but the other end could not hear me. Also, we wanted to use the pool and every single lawn chair was broken. Use of the pool was not possible and this was very disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had an issue with a leaking air conditioner when we first arrived and after speaking to the gentleman at the front desk he apologized and quickly switched our room. Rooms were clean, plenty of towels and amenities.

Damp. It’s damp. The shag carpet in the rooms is from the 70s. I have strong doubts as to whether it has ever been cleaned. The towels in the bathroom were damp. The floor in the bathroom was slick. I cannot wait to get home and wash all of the clothes I brought with me and sanitize my entire body. They’re understaffed and had one person there for a concert weekend and were fully booked. I felt bad for him.

No carts to help with luggage, toilet barely flushed, and a very, very slow drain in the bathtub. The building is not very well lit, which makes you wonder what they’re hiding. The breakfast bar is a joke. Eggs or sausage but not both only a couple things here and there. One waffle maker for a full hotel. We ended up going somewhere else so that we wouldn’t be late for our event. So this stay cost more and caused stress

That there was a fridge and microwave in the room. It was cold in the room when I arrived. It was really expensive for what you get. I would expect a HILTON hotel for how much I paid for one room for 11 hours for just me. Enough for me to sleep and get up and leave. Also the WiFi in the room didn’t work, but I was too tired to mess with it so I just didn’t use it or call about it. Also the cleaning lady was trying to come in before 11 (checkout time) at about 5 till (10:55) and I was finishing getting all my stuff. Because of this I was rushing and left some clothes behind in my room. The room also smelled like dog.

Breakfast was delicious. The "cook/server" did a great job with the presentation and the tastes. Counters were kept clean and clear of trash.

It was our place to stay during Indy 500. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Good location near lots of restaurants and shops. This is a good budget hotel. Flooring needs to be updated. Breakfast in the morning is nice and popcorn at night. Bring laundry soap if you plan on doing laundry.

We enjoyed our over night stay. Pool was great. Breakfast was awesome.

The check in/out process was very easy and quick! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was actually pretty good too! The eggs, specifically! The room was a nice size, as was the bed, and was clean! There wasn't anything we weren't happy with! I think the only thing my girlfriend didn't like, was that she couldn't take one of the pillows home!
