Quality Inn Indy Castleton

Refrigerator in room was not on, air conditioner wouldn't shut off, the only hot breakfast was a waffle or biscuits and gravy, no eggs etc. and there was no milk.

We stay here every time we are in Indy. It is clean, comfortable, quiet, the staff is courteous and helpful, and they serve a good breakfast.

The room was clean and I slept well. I am diabetic and the breakfast was not diabetic friendly.

Last minute booking, so it did what it was intended for, unfortunately we did get to try the breakfast, because it started getting cleaned up half an hour before the time I was told breakfast ended.

Entrance was rocky exit was smooth. Nice people nice place. Definitely would stay again. I even got help from a little girl making my homemade waffles at breakfast this morning.

I came in on a late Thursday night after traveling all day, so it was key to have a comfortable stay. Everything was great minus the breakfast. I normally don't care about that aspect because I rarely eat breakfast, but I do like a continental one at a hotel for some reason. There were a paltry selection of muffins, and the juice tasted bitter. However, everything else about my stay was on target and it came in at a good price. I liked the location, too - close to the freeway and to restaurants but quiet and easy parking.

Rude staff. Old tv. Staff woke us up over an hour before our check out time. Just a lame place

Room was dark, damp and musty.

It smells like mold and mildew. There was trash all over outside. Our keys didn’t work so we had to walk very far at 1am to get new. The doors stick and won’t close easily so could also easily be left slightly open leaving it easy to break into. The coverlet on the bed was gross. The tv is old and was very pixilated hardly watchable. The carpet in the halls was not tacked down and caused me to trip and I have a bad back and this was painful multiple times. The vinyl floor in the room is not tacked down well either. There is AC in the room but no real climate control so it’s cool but still sticky and humid. There were dead crickets in our room and a used earplug left on the floor. The shower is not framed in. Like the floor of the shower is bouncy. I bumbed my arm into the side and the shower wall bent in. It was like this all around. The water spout grout is all broken and when you turn the shower on it pulls away from the wall entirely. This place is not worth what they are charging.

The room smelled like weed, asked to move to a new room and it smelled musty. Food was cold and dried out. Would not recommend.

The pool was nice and clean. Staff was helpful. My only complaint is I havent gotten back my $100 deposit and I'm pretty sure we didnt break anything. That money came out in a second, but a couple days later, I havent gotten it back.

Rooms are in rough shape, doors don't close tight to room nor bathroom, everything shows it's age and could use some TLC. Smells musky, linens have stains (bedding and towels). Staff was very friendly.

Older hotel with new paint. Smelled like pot walking through the hall, I know that’s not on the hotel though. Breakfast was pretty blah and I think my pamper has a bigger bathroom in it then the rooms did

It was supposed to be a no smoking hotel but our room reeked of cigarettes. The moment we walked into the room it hit us. Highly disappointed.
