We had other reservations but on arrival found out the hotel had no hot water. We had to scramble to find lodging.

For the price of the room, none of the outlets or the USBs worked by the bed. It was the smallest "queen" we have ever slept in. The ice machine did not have ice either morning we tried to fill it before our tournament. There was a cooler with "complimentary" bagged ice but eas empty the whole weekend. Tried calling the front desk multiple times during the weekend and I was on hold for 15 mins before even speaking to someone. When I pay this much for a room, I at least expect the bare minimum services and basics like working outlets. We go to westfield multiple times a year and thought we would dish out for a better hotel experience and felt like this was such a waste of money for a 4 star hotel.

Didn’t have hand soap or anything other than a little bottle of lotion. For the first time ever, anywhere, we were charged to use the Internet! This was already an expensive hotel.

They were extremely noisy, running up and down the hallway yelling and making noise like crazy. At one point during the evening, they opened a fire door somewhere causing the alarms to go off. Everyone had to evacuate their rooms. All of this of course does not reflect badly on the hotel or the staff, which were top notch. I would however maybe monitor cameras better, give warnings quicker and have consequences for ridiculous behavior. Maybe also have a hand out for sports teams stating a low tolerance for poor behavior.
