Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing

Very good value. We travel a lot and stay in a vast amount of hotels and brands. This Sheraton at Keystone at the Crossing is a great value for today's prices and expectations. It's a no brainer for this location. Friendly, clean andprofessional. Great location. YES

All in all, a great hotel. My only complaint is the price but everything is expensive these days and it would not deter us from staying again

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds were surprisingly Uncomfortable. My wife and I woke up multiple times during the night.

Upon checking, Daniel was more than helpful, he actually assisted me on the phone with breaking down the cost of the deposit prior to me arriving as I was booking through a third party. The hotel itself was clean and welcoming. He asked if there was a preference in my room and I just informed him this was my first time in Indianapolis, I just wanted a comfortable, relaxing room that had a more modern feel. All in all, I have 0 complaints about this hotel. Reading the reviews had me scared, but I’m glad I went to experience the hotel myself. I’ll definitely be back, very soon!

The strip mall was attached to it & it wasn’t super expensive.

I always come here this is my number one spot In the city. It’s safe and clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful! The location is literally walking distance to our designer fashion mall with plenty of food places around 💕

Friendly and helpful staff.

Attached to Fashion Mall, restaurants on property and walking distance, Starbucks coffee in room, Designer bathroom products, and comfortable bed. Windows had a reflective film on it that had mildew stains blocking the view, handicapped shower sprayed water all over the floor, refrigerator freezer needed defrosting, and parking was $20/night.

Location was close to my family Carpet smelled thru hallways, seemed a little ghettoish with some employees,just not a good family vibe thru out

The staff and location are excellent. Shopping and food options and the staff are so helpful and friendly. However the rooms are extremely dated and tired. My particular room 701 was noisy from above and the fire escape it was next to

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was professional and courteous. The hotel is highly recommended.
