Ironworks Hotel Indy

I stayed there back in 2017 when it first opened and the service was great then. It’s been 9 yrs and nothing has changed still great place to stay ! Very convenient to the interstate, shopping and plenty of food.

Exceptional property staff and amenities. Beautiful room and comfortable beds. It is adjacent to a busy road and the windows are not sound proofed.

Beautiful hotel with phenomenal food. My husband and I drive 3.5 hrs just for the food alone.

My family and I ate breakfast at Rize (connected to the hotel). The food and service were excellent.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were super nice and helpful. Not a big fan of the mixed drinks at the bar but every bar makes drinks differently.

Very sexy hotel that smells amazing and has a beautiful esthetic. The staff were great and the breakfast was pretty good. Nice touches such as robes, a fully stocked mini bar with snacks and drinks, and an ample number of towels. But, I expected more. I stayed there along with several others for a wedding and we all agreed the beds aren’t the best. They’re fairly hard and I’ve stayed at “lower tier” hotels with better beds. I’ve also stayed at “lower tier” hotels that have better climate control in the rooms and more advanced features such as heated mirrors to eliminate fogging up in the bathroom. Also, the noise carries quite a bit through the walls. Overall, it was a great experience, there were just small details lacking that I expected to see from this level of a hotel.

Stay here!! My husband and I can’t recommend it enough! Friendly staff that want to make your stay special, a lot of great places to go nearby, and a cool modern industrial look throughout.

Charming, rustic hotel in an excellent part of Indy, Carmel. We stayed 4 nights while dropping our daughter off at Purdue. Lots of metal in this hotel/which is part of the charm. You may not get used to the "iron" smell until the second night.

Our room was very clean and spacious. We appreciated the room darkening curtains. Our room faced the parking lot area and was very quiet. The 'ironworks' decorated ambiance in our room and everywhere in the hotel was excellent. The Massage Heights was easy to make an appointment and has a connecting door to the hotel. The onsite restaurants were splendid. We had a lovely 54 year wedding anniversary get away! The hotel employees are very friendly, helpful, and made sure we enjoyed our stay and the 'ironworks' experience.

Overall my stay was fine. Just a single overnight to visit family. The room had a damp smell to it and I don’t think the shower was draining properly as it had a few layers of caulk on one side. The room felt unusually moist to me. Everything was otherwise clean and tidy.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff, the food, and most importantly…the room!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Incredible rainfall shower, the beds are actually quite comfortable, as are the pillows. They had large bath sheets as opposed to just tiny towels. While we didn’t use the in-room snack bar or fridge, we did make use of the QR code with the prices of each item, and the prices really weren’t too bad considering the convenience! The room card-protected hallway also added an extra safety feature that i truly would’ve never thought of. The staff was very kind, they accommodated my very late check-in.

Convenient location. Several excellent resturants in the complex that offer a wide variety. Quiet and safe property. One of my favorite hotels, always look forward to my stay there!

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was very convenient. The beds were a little firmer than we prefer, but overall we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again.
