Everything excellent. Room spacious, clean, and cozy. Staff friendly and helpful. Property modern and safe, great area with lots of offerings for food and drink. First time visiting but definitely not last! Well done, Ironworks Indy!

The room was very nice the ironworks name is a theme very cool the beds were so comfortable but the rain fall shower head was to die for dinning on site was very good broad selection close to everything

We only stayed one night driving through Indianapolis checking in around 11pm. We liked that the mini bar had lots of snacks and drink options, so we didn’t go to bed hungry. Our room was very spacious with a huge window. The rate for the night was great, so it was a much better value than the chain hotels, plus the property definitely has character.

Very cool hotel! This property is so well decorated and has so many little touches that are right on theme. And they gave us an upgraded room to a suite for celebrating our anniversary! The staff was great, the location great next to good restaurants. Great stay!

Everything was wonderful except the bed was hard as a rock.

Unique Beds and pillows need attention for IMO

The hotel is very close to the Monan Trail which we took advantage of for two days. There is a good selection of restaurants in and near the hotel.

It was a really cool hotel. Very nice rooms and lots of good restaurants surrounding it.

The staff was great and a very unique property. We enjoyed our stay. Room had some wear and tear which for the price was unfortunate. Walls a little beat up.

This is an amazing hotel! Check in was easy, parking was free and plentiful (free complimentary valet if you want). The decor was incredible and the property is lovely. The onsite dining options are quite pricey but there are many other places within walking or driving distance that are wonderful. Room was clean, quiet and exactly what youd hope for.

Everything was great, only small complaint would be how stiff the bed and pillows were.

Have visited this hotel a few times and it continues to impress. Staff is always welcoming and helpful and food options galore. Most importantly, the main entrance/lobby and rooms are impeccably clean. Thank you for keeping such a high standard over the years!

Loved the Nespresso coffee in the room and the stylish decor, along with thoughtful outlets, etc. The pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable. I believe they were heavy feather ones. When I mentioned that at the front desk she said they were working on getting them fluffed. I don't think that will do the trick. Maybe mix in some foam pillows as well so there's an option? There were four on the queen bed-- even one soft pillow would have really helped.

Great options of restaurants but closed early. Breakfast at RIZE was wonderful.
