Good stay. We stay there when we go to Indy. Always pleasant.

I did a scavenger hunt for my husband to surprise him with an anniversary party and the hotel staff was amazing!

Cleanliness

The location was convenient. Located behind a mall with lots of food choices. The room was very large with a full size refrigerator and freezer. The bathroom was too small. I had to back up into the shower in order to open the door.

The area was near the mall. The staff were very friendly and professional. The fire place outside in the back was priceless! I wish the room could have been cleaned at least twice. I had to ask the cleaning lady if she could clean my room (it was only 1 time), and I believe if I didn’t quickly offered a generous tip, she wouldn’t have cleaned my room. Or maybe she would have asked someone for permission.

No hot water, water fountain spilled when you used it, and the staff were rude at times. Nice to have a kitchen though

There were hairs in our sheets in the first room. Told the check in lady and requested another room. No issues in other room.

The variety at breakfast was good. The staff was nice. The location was great! We were able to get to the 49ers game easily and it was right outside the mall. The first room that we were placed in, the TV didn’t work. We had to move to another room and we didn’t discover it until we returned from the game. We had to move at 1 in the morning. Thankfully, the staff was nice. The bathroom was tiny

Everything was amazing, especially the staff. Superior customer service. I was turned off by the smell of my pillows. Otherwise excellent value and location. The smell of my pillows.

Nice and clean They did not use my tax exempt form. The General Manager was suppose to call me and never did. I called the cooperate office and they said they would have him call me, NEVER DID. Poor customer service

My family and I booked this hotel for my graduation at Purdue. We drove to Indiana from NYC and back. Ideally, we could’ve booked something closer to the school, but I wanted a comfortable stay for us. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating, very friendly and professional. I have

No warm water for a shower in the morning, are you serious? I went to front

Trash can in the kitchen needs to be larger, and some of the pillows were like sleeping on pancakes. Those are my only complaints.
