Very nice, everything was nice and clean and the room was wonderful

This was fine for a one night stay. Safe area with lots of shopping and restaurants around. Great hot breakfast included. The biggest issue was road noise from the interstate by our room at night was significant.

These places are great. The breakfast was awful. It was a quick in and out but very nice.

I did a scavenger hunt for my husband to surprise him with an anniversary party and the hotel staff was amazing!

The location was convenient. Located behind a mall with lots of food choices. The room was very large with a full size refrigerator and freezer. The bathroom was too small. I had to back up into the shower in order to open the door.

No hot water, water fountain spilled when you used it, and the staff were rude at times. Nice to have a kitchen though

There were hairs in our sheets in the first room. Told the check in lady and requested another room. No issues in other room.

The variety at breakfast was good. The staff was nice. The location was great! We were able to get to the 49ers game easily and it was right outside the mall. The first room that we were placed in, the TV didn’t work. We had to move to another room and we didn’t discover it until we returned from the game. We had to move at 1 in the morning. Thankfully, the staff was nice. The bathroom was tiny

Everything was amazing, especially the staff. Superior customer service. I was turned off by the smell of my pillows. Otherwise excellent value and location. The smell of my pillows.

They did not use my tax exempt form. The General Manager was suppose to call me and never did. I called the cooperate office and they said they would have him call me, NEVER DID. Poor customer service
