Most everything. Clean, like new facilities in an area with many restaurants. How the modern bath area was organized … a bit cramped.

Everything would have been fine but the thermostat wouldn’t work. Set at 65 but room remained at 73. Told staff but nothing done.

Dirty floors in room, dirty towel, shower didn’t work properly. Felt nervous over elevator making clunking noises and closing on us when we would try to get out.
