There was a lot of trash on the yard around the building and the containers outside were running over. That was not just one day but the entire 5 days we were there. I suggest you to have someone check the exterior at least 3 times a day and empty the containers. I noticed that travelers were cleaning out their cars in the front driveway. Its a shame when such a nice place and the trash around the front entrance is the first thing you see when you arrive. Will definitely recommend this hotel to all. Sandie Williams

Everything was great, thank you!

However, the property is showing its age in several areas. The elevators were quite noisy, and despite having four elevators, one was consistently out of service during my stay. The bathroom doors also appeared worn and could use refinishing or replacement. Beds and pillows are comfortable. It appears that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which is encouraging. Hopefully, these updates will address some of the issues and improve the overall guest experience in the future. Overall, the hotel feels somewhat outdated at the moment, but it is still one of the better options in the area and offers amenities that make it a reasonable choice for this location.

After going through 3 different hotel, and trying to find an available hotel during the week of basketball, tennis, baseball, and Volleyball, I am thankful for this 1. Amazing staff and everything was GREAT!!

This is my family's second stay here. Staff is always very friendly, from front desk to housekeeping staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well organized and of decent quality. Pool was clean but a little on the cold side. It was 100+ outside so it wasn't unwelcomed.

Another great Indy 500 weekend staying at the Embassy Suites on the north side of Indianapolis. The hotel never disappoints! The hotel is always full for the big weekend, but the staff keep the hotel clean. The breakfast is always great! I will be back next year!

No complaints. Staff was helpful, place was clean and looked nice, breakfast was very good with lots of choices.
-
Slowest elevators I have ever experienced. The hotel is dated. Breakfast and location were great. Pool makes swimmers itchy from the excessive chemicals.

Great as always

Breakfast was good and staff was helpful and was located in a good area

Property was very clean. Friendly staff. Close to good shopping.
-
The receptionist was extremely rude and not welcoming at all. The room I was given was full of dust like it hadn’t been cleaned in days.
-
Bathroom was extremely small, and it was chilly in the room but they wouldn’t change the air to heat (they have their a/c and heat as separate systems?). Food was good.
-
An uncomfortable mess is being polite. Find somewhere else to stay. This is not the embassy suites experience you should expect. Disappointed F - rating.
-
Nice area nice breakfast polite staff The pool floor is so slippery. Not the appropriate tile for a pool area please remodel and put the correct tile in that area so many kids we were slipping hitting their heads and they weren’t even running can definitely cause a concussion.

One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast, which had a great variety of options and was well stocked. We also really enjoyed the free evening drinks, which added a lot of value to our stay. The facility itself is in excellent condition and you can tell they take pride in maintaining the property. The only minor downside was that the elevators were a bit slow and could use an upgrade, especially during busy times. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose Embassy Suites again when visiting Indianapolis. Highly recommended!

Stay was excellent. The only negative was the elevators took forever and then one was broken during our stay.
