Please get the elevators fixed. The wait was ridiculous. Everything else was fine.

This hotel was just so wonderful. The staff was great the breakfast was amazing everything about our experience was excellent.

Bathroom had mold on ceiling. Atrium carpeting needed to be cleaned…very dirty! Otherwise had a great stay.

Quick overnight stay. Easy and clean.

Coffee and Happy Hour snacks and drinks. We have been coming to this location for about 5 years. The hotel is definitely beginning to show its age. Updates to carpet etc are needed.

Everything was fine! No complaints!

I like the space in the suite , the location and breakfast. I left a memorable blanket with all my kids pictures on it and I've called 4 times and no one has gotten back with me .

Our experience and low stars are coming from the bad habits and poor training of their staff! Most likely stemming from bad management!!!! They put breakfast out everyday and what isn’t used, yet touched by all of the people staying here. Is covered with plastic wrap put out the next day. We can see every thing from the elevators. Plus they use the gloves for what? The staff maintains the same gloves when throwing trash, pick up dirty plates and refill the food? Why use contaminated gloves. We stayed at 3 embassy suites in 2 weeks. In Chicago, St Louis and Indianapolis. We saw the manager in St Louis and Chicago! Where was the one in Indy? Don’t even get me started on the elevator….. slow slow slow and sounds like they are breaking! I do not recommend this place.

There were ceiling leaks in the hallways and one of the elevators never moved. The other elevators made awful noises. Seems like Hilton needs to spend some money on maintenance.

Good hotel nice rooms and beds

Our room was terrific. The breakfast was wonderful. Location was easy access to everything we wanted to do and the staff was very friendly We didn't notice areas that needed a little cleaned up. Nothing that cleaning and paint won't take care of.

Customer service was ok for some of the staff members not bad just a little dry not really personable, but overall good

The overall experience completely surprised me and those who traveled with me. I have recommended that my organization use this hotel for all of our lodging needs when we travel to Indianapolis. Simply impressive! Honestly, I would've liked to have checked in earlier. Traveling from Chicago, I arrived in the afternoon and couldn't find much to do until 4. Maybe 2 or 3 would have been more satisfying.

Spacious rooms, but temperature control is “iffy”.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. It could use a few minor updates here and there, but nothing that took away from our experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the amenities were great. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!
