This was a great place to stay while attending a volleyball national championship at the ICC. Just a one block walk to the south entrance. Room was clean and the breakfast was very nice.

It was right where we wanted to be. The breakfast wasn’t the best I’ve had at a holiday inn express. Very few items to choose from. I really thought the parking fee of $25 was too much. It was a handicap spot right outside the main door. I felt as if I was being scammed by a teenager for a parking spot.

Kudos to housekeeping staff, they work hard to keep the hotel clean. Our room was spotless, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was good too.

My kids likes the breakfast. The pancakes were good. The bed was uncomfortable. Thatd be the only complaint id have.

We often stay at Holiday Inn Express in multiple states. The only issue I had was that I’m a light sleeper, and the street traffic seemed loud. Nothing the hotel can do about this, obviously. Something to consider if you’re a light sleeper. Otherwise, we love our stays!

The staff was amazing. And the room was clean. The beds were a little too firm. And the pillows were too soft.

Nice distance from Lucas stadium, but $25 to park and you have to walk a block from the parking garage. Also a very loud area, especially during events. We learned that the saxophone player only plays four songs, over and over. Most people will walk by and only catch one or two songs. It never dawned on me that he would only play a handful on repeat lol. Bed was too hard for my taste. All that said, it was clean and smelled great. I’d stay there again if I was going to an event at the stadium, but wouldn’t seek it out if I was in town for any other reason.

The issue wasn't with them. Their clerk Lisa was fantastic. The issue was that there was no record of my reservation. I got charged about $25 for trip protection. Fortunately, I had opted to pay in person, so I didn't get charged for a room I didn't get to use. Lisa felt bad for me and went out of her way to find us a different hotel, since they had no rooms left. I suspect the problem was more with Hotels.com than Holiday Inn. Lisa did everything she possibly could to try to find my reservation, and I do appreciate her!
