Staybridge Suites Indianapolis Downtown - Convention Center by IHG

Our stay was great! Nice location, right across street from Lucas Oil Stadium and about a 20 minute walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

Clean, comfortable, all the convenience needed, great downtown location, 24 speedway across the street. The cable went in and out

breakfast was just OK the air conditioning unit was very loud preventing us from sleeping. the fan in one room made excessive noise. Most importantly the hotel fire alarm went off one night and there was no indication in the room of where the stairwells were. It was a very upsetting situation and the staff didn't seem to really care much, other than saying they were sorry for everything that we complained about.

Fantastic stay on the 8th floor suite. Spacious with everything on site needed for a multiple day stay. Almost everything is within walking distance including Lucas oil stadium, down town food, and Everwise amphitheater for your concert. If we ever come back to Indianapolis we will absolutely being staying in the same suite again.

We stayed in the handicap accessible room. We did not need this accommodation. The room was great, very clean etc. The bathroom was interesting. The shower got the floor inside the shower and outside of the shower very wet. The floor was very slick. I think there is probably a design that could work better, perhaps just a longer shower curtain so the water doesn’t spray everywhere.

Location, free breakfast and kitchen so I could make my own meals Faucet in kitchen and bathtub leaked. Loud neighbors.

We enjoyed our stay here and made use of the excellent breakfast and pool. My only complaint would be that our shower head was broken and sprayed on the shower ceiling which then made water fall from the broken ceiling.( because it was so water damaged) We told the front desk the same day we checked in, who said they would have it fixed the next day but it was never even looked at by anyone.

This was our first time staying at a Staybridge and we picked it mostly for location. Hotel was very nice. The room was clean, staff helpful, social hour was a pleasant surprise, breakfast was the normal hotel food, pool and hot tub clean. A few negatives...location wasn't the best as there really was not much to walk to. They have a very nice patio area but unfortunately we could not enjoy it as much as we would have liked as you cannot access it after 10pm. You can only use it during the indoor pool hours as you have to walk through the pool area to get outside. Definitely would not have booked this hotel if I knew this prior. Part of vacation is sitting outside at the end of the night on a nice summer night. And for this one reason, we probably won't stay here again

The breakfast was great! The only issue is that there isn’t ver much seating, but we were totally fine bringing our food to our room! Maybe having some that’s for guests to carry food back to the rooms would be good! But it was so tasty, stocked, and fresh! The only complaint is the chlorine in the pool was so super strong it burned our eyes after 15 minutes. I’m happy it’s cleaned but maybe needs a chemical adjustment.

Room nice and clean. Wall peelings at the conjunction to the floor in the hallway not fixed, Tissue paper ran out, kitchen towel ran out. Parking fee not included in the booking

Great location and hotel stay

The service was great. All the employees were friendly and kind.

The rooms were nice. A few items like the sleeper sofa were hard to sit on. I would stay there again. I love the Monday to Wednesday social. Free food and drinks are always good.
