Property seemed well maintained. For the most part - rooms were clean, except for the nail clippings on the bathroom floor. Please clean & vacuum entire rooms more thoroughly.

Good location. Quiet. Rooms are nice but a little on the small side, with a small kitchen area (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher). The walk in shower was difficult to get to a comfortable temperature. Breakfast could use a few more options. Plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance.

The parking was good except the garage could have been cleaned/sweep. Our room was great. Bathroom was nice and beds were comfortable. We liked having the refrigerator/freezer. Only thing we couldn't find was an ice bucket. We only stayed 1 night so we never asked about it at the front desk. Breakfast was very good.

What a great place to stay, went to the Indiana Fever game and then the Colts the next day. Perfect location and very clean place
