The room was great very clean and well-maintained. The overall aesthetic was great. Staff was wonderful to work with. Easy walking distance to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and lots of restaurants and bars to choose from within walking.

Bar and the rooms were awesome

The only thing I would note is that we paid extra through Expedia when we made our reservation to add breakfast for 2. We did not actually get 2 breakfasts: we got a $20 (total) credit to use toward breakfast, but with an 18% service charge automatically included, that amount only covered about half of even the cheaper breakfast options. The food was good, but I did feel the advertising on included breakfast was misleading.

Will stay here again, easy walking to all games. Nice rooms, very comfortable.

We had a very late arrival due to flight changes. Our vehicle was not properly parked and we did not receive a receipt for parking. Parking was also very expensive.

The rooms were so clean and comfortable while being styled beautifully modern.

Staff was outstanding, very helpful from the moment we pulled up to the door! We arrived early due to a conference and they kept our luggage until our room was ready and when we checked out…conference not being over until the afternoon! Enjoyed the bar…food and drinks all very good in a relaxing area. A little walk to convention center mostly due to construction but definitely doable.

Right in the perfect location to quickly go eat or shop. Room was immaculate. Beautifully decorated. Even had a hand held steamer for your wrinkled clothes. We will 100% stay at this wonderful hotel again!

Room, staff all very good No restaurant is a big miss as wrong side of town if you dont want to go out. Breakfast pretty poor choice if want a healthy non sugery breakfast!. Parking charges pretty high, adding 25% to paying car park direct is a bit much!
