I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

The Alexander is clean, beautiful, and convenient. Our room was spacious with modern decor. The attached parking garage was super helpful, and the hotel location to downtown Indy attractions is perfect. The bar inside the lobby, Plat99, has great small bites and a good variety of spirits, and a nice outdoor sitting area with 2 fire pits. We would definitely stay here again!

Staff was rude, Called asked for extra towels and bath robes. Lady kept hanging up before I finished talking. Robes were very old and outdated. Breakfast menu very limited. This hotel lost its spark. Poorly maintained. Front desk needs to be more polite. And let people finish talking before hanging up. Disappointing.

The front desk attendant even came to our room to give us the keys to the new room and went with us to that room to make sure there were no issues with it.

Warning ... the say on Expedia when booking that parking is complementary all to get home and see that overnight parking of $65 added to my bill .

The breakfast was excellent. The Hotel was excellent, but Booking.com had not communicated well with them. If I ever travel to Indianapolis again, I will definitely stay at the Alexander but will book direct with them.

The room was great very clean and well-maintained. The overall aesthetic was great. Staff was wonderful to work with. Easy walking distance to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and lots of restaurants and bars to choose from within walking.

Walking distance to stadium and other downtown venues. Elevator was very slow and only one was working.
