Fan noise from the HVAC unit disturbing to sleep

I was surprised there wasn’t a designated bathroom area for our pet. We were told to take her to the island across the street or walk behind the hotel. At night, those 2 places are not very welcoming to someone from out of town. Also, no water dishes anywhere. The room was nice.

It was ok - not the best neighborhood around. Front desk staff rarely around.

First time stay in Indianapolis and attendance at a Fever game. WE knew nothing and young gentleman at desk was so helpful. He gave us a map to walk to 'gainbridge and pointed out restaurants on the way. He was so reassuring. We are both in our late 70s and the trip was better because we stayed at Tru and met so many helpful people there.

Week day breakfast wasn’t that good. The weekend breakfast was definitely better I didn’t like that you have to pay for parking in the hotels garage. They should be free
