There was no coffee maker or microwave.

If you are going to a football game at Lucas Oil then this is the place for you. Great staff, good amenities, and clean comfortable room. Close to downtown and the canal is easy walking distance.

Staff was nice and helpful, room was clean and good but the AC machine was monstrously loud even when ostensibly off and they could not do anything about it. They gave us some market items to compensate but in honesty I could not recommend it.

The hotel was decent. Everything was neat for the most part. The duvet on my bed had makeup on it when we arrived. The beds were also hard. Other than that the stay was okay.

I find Tru by Hilton to be a excellent Tech hotel. Very modern with modern amenities. It is what I call a boutique hotel - small rooms, no closets or drawers, but table/desk you can move around for your electronic devices, convenient easy to reach plugs, etc. The lobby/cafe area is all in one, excellent and helpful staff. Hot breakfast is provided every morning. I would stay there again.

Front desk people were excellent

Rooms were clean, but the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling from a leak, the bathroom fan did not work, beds were cheap and uncomfortable, parking was convenient but expensive. Hot breakfast was average.

The room was okay. Beds were comfortable. Staff had to deal with a sprinkler malfunction, which meant loud equipment in the hallways — not their fault, but less than great for us. Breakfast was not that appealing. Coffee was ok. Location was ok for our business downtown, in spite of lots of construction.

The staff was very friendly at check in. Our room felt very clean. The breakfast was perfect. It was a wonderful stay.

Comfortable but directions for heater/ac, shower valves etc would have been helpful.

Parking was convenient. Loved the charisma of the rooms. They were clean.

The gentleman that checked us in was so polite and knowledgeable. He ended up offering us a room with a beautiful view. Room was clean and nice. I would have liked to have had a full length mirror in the room, it was hard having the only mirror in the room be in the bedroom.

Clean, friendly staff, walking distance to everything.

Everything was as expected, would use this property again.
