The location and breakfast Had to change your rooms because the door was stuck. And the pool was very dirty

This hotel is walking distance to the stadium, or to the Wholesale District for dining / entertainment options. It was easy to access and parking was easy, too. The room was large, nice and clean - plenty of room for gear if attending a cold weather game. The beds and linens were comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t anything spectacular - pretty typical.

You show a hotel tub in your pictures but the hot tub was filled with cement several years ago. We never book.a hotel without a hot tub. I should get a refund. Breakfast was very poor. No orange juice. No hard boiled eggs. No cinnamon rolls. Gal at the pedestal did noting but play on her cell phone.

The location was perfect for the event that we were attending. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Hotel was very very clean. Beds were comfortable comfortable. Overall, a great stay. I don’t know what could’ve been better. Everything was exceptional.

You are pretty much just paying for the convenience of being buy victory field and Lucus. The breakfast is okay, but if you want to add breakfast on it is 9.50. The desk ladies were rude, and they were allowing kids to run from the pool to the workout room. which then made everything soaked in there, so you couldn’t even use it. Also parking is $25 per day, and that is to park in there back parking lot, they also have a parking garage but be warned they share with three other hotels. So if there is a big event good luck with parking.

Most of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed at many Holiday Inn hotels. It was the most expensive one. However, there were nothing at the breakfast. Only scrambled egg which finishes quickly. On the other hand, it was really hard to find a clean spoon & fork. During the five nights we stayed at the hotel, bottled water were ran out twice.

The bathroom was very dirty in room 204, you can see the urine stains the toilet area and they give us only 1 towel. The key was always deactivated anytime if it getting close to ours phones and we had to go back to the front desk to reactivate it again and again. I will not recommend this place to anybody I spent $216 for useless room

Right by Lucas Oil Stadium. Nice parking garage. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean. The beds were not very comfortable.

The breakfast was terrible and $10 each person for each day. We came back from lunch and housekeeping had left our door open. Parking is extra.

The location near the stadium Check in was at 3. I didn’t get my room til most 6pm. They kept telling my over and over they were still cleaning it. I had to wait in the lobby for over 3 hours with my children!!!!!

Everyone was so kind and helpful.

I was very disappointed that I was unable to cancel my stay as I was severely sick. All I wanted was a credit so I could stay at your hotel st a later date and the receptionist was rude and not helpful. Just kept repeating we are unable to do that.

Room mostly clean, bathroom tub needs recaulking, coffee shelf in room not wiped clean. Breakfast was good and until 10am. Very close to Lucas Oil Stadium highly recommend if you’re going to game. Staff were delightful. The room was a little over price looks like they increase room rate around game day dates, should include parking. The cost of parking was an additional $25 per day to park on property. Beds were clean and very soft.
