I was initially given room #417. The room key card did not work. I went back downstairs twice to have the room key card reset, then, I noticed that, by the doorknob were the words "No able", which was someone's broken English to indicate the doorlock does not work. I was booked in room #415, which seemed okay. Over the next 24 hours, I realized the air conditioner ran out of coolant and the room became hot while I was sleeping. Also, the refrigerator was not cooling my food and there were no ways to adjust the cooling settings, so I just ate my food before it spoiled. This was a very cheap hotel, so "you get what you pay for". At least there were actually eggs available for breakfast, AND water, (not just sugary-sweet fruit juices) so I was pleasantly surprised.
