Elevators were out of service and all guests locked out of room for 2 hours due to electromagnetic lock malfunction.

The hallways smelled terrible, like wet dog. My room did not get serviced one time for Our 3 night stay. Had to ask for clean towels and was questioned every time

This is a hotel I stay every time I come to Jacksonville and will continue my stay because the staff is great. The rooms are clean and it's a great location.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was fine… I didn’t feel like they were overly welcoming or informative as far as a number of things go… Including information about my pet and how to get to the room… It was pouring down rain and things were a bit chaotic in the lobby so that may have played into it. It’s a very appealing looking hotel. The room was very comfortable and spacious… The TV was good and the remote… The functions on the TV were up-to-date so I could actually stream things on apps that I am signed up for. There was an option to log out of all apps when I checked out I thought that was nice so I didn’t have to go to each one and logout. The hotel is located in the middle of a lot of restaurants and shops… So there was no shortage of options for eating… The hotel did have an on-site are that happy hour specials which I did not partake in. They also have a small market/café to buy things… The only thing I really didn’t like about it that I missed in the description when I booked the room was that it’s paid parking only so I had to pay $10 to park in the parking lot of the hotel. Other than that, I would stay here again. The pets stay for free, which is amazing that made up for the parking.

Conveniently located near food and shopping. Easy Uber ride to the port for a cruise. Shuttle to the airport. First room the bathroom mirror was cracked badly. 2nd room there wasn’t any hot water. They did get the hot water working very quickly

The desk staff were wonderful, as usual. However, this time we had a toilet that didn’t flush hardly at all. They sent someone with a plunger. That didn’t help because it needed to be fixed or replaced. They never came back to do anything. Then we reported ants in our room. (5th floor?) No food around but they were all over the counters by the windows. No one ever came to check and do something about them. By the third night they were crawling around in the beds. Not a good experience this time.

Excellent stay. Pickup and dropoff by hotel shuttle was availble within miuntes. Courteous and professional staff. Nice and clean room. Great location, with a very wide selection of restaurants close by hotel.
