There is no breakfast served. They have a small panty with limited selection yet pricy. The room itself was ok. The old hotel was remodeled and modernized well. Parking your car is an additional $10 a night.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the property was amazing. Aloft will definitely be my go to whenever me and my husband is in town.

The room is adequate for a 1 night stay, but I wouldn’t suggest any longer than that. My partner and I stayed for 2 days (we added on a day at the last minute to experience Jacksonville longer, and so we wouldn’t have to re-check into a different hotel). The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating with us adding on this extra day, so 5-stars to that. Where our disappointment came into play was the cleanliness of the hotel.. the downstairs communal areas were a bit worn down and had spots on the seats. Our bathroom was not clean at all. There were cracks in the wall, the floor was dirty (thank God for flip flops), and the shower doors looked Grimmey. The main floor was almost dirty, as our socks were a dark black color after we left the establishment, and the furniture had dust and grime over it. The AC unit was working optimally as well, but there was a smell of liquid in the air so I’m sure there was mold in the unit. The bed looked visually clean and it was very comfortable to sleep in, so that was good and it made the stay a lot more bearable. Other than this factor and the presence of so many shops in the area, I will NOT be staying here again.

I over enjoyed my stay! I was in desperate need of a mini vacation as life has truly been lifing and my stress levels have been through the roof. Aloft hit the spot in so many ways.. Quiet, comfortable and a home away from home... I certainly will be back!

We can park our car for an early morning flight and the shuttle was on time.

Nice room. Thoughtful to add bottled water for coffee. Everything clean. Comfortable bed.
