Red Roof Inn Jacksonville Airport

The non-smoking room smelt like cigarettes and weed. The door had toilet paper stuffed in the peep hole. The sheets had burn holes in them. The shower was full of someone else's hair. The outlets were all loose and one of them sparked when my cellphone block was plugged in. The office chair that was pushed in under the desk was broken. No fridge. No microwave. The odor in the room was the worst. We had to wash everything that we brought into that room once we got home. Toiletries such as economy pumps of shower gel and soap were available in the bathroom. Close to the airport. Walking distant to Denny's and gas station. $80 per night. Staff was decent.

So I arrived late night on the 11th June & my phone was left out in the Uber. The lady at the reception was very kind & helpful & immediately helped me with internet to get to Uber helpline & late for a smooth check in. I cannot remember her name. But my next visit to Jax, I will again be using this hotel despite not the best rooms. The floor, the bathroom are all beaten up & old. Clean Lenin though.

The room was terrible. I’m so glad I was there for only 8 hours. The tv did not work, the room was incredibly outdated. If I was not so tired from taking the red eye I would not have been comfortable enough to sleep! Spend the extra few dollars and get a better one! You’re worth it!!

I really don’t like giving negative reviews often, but this time it’s necessary. The only things that were good at this place was the front desk clerk was nice, the pillows were ok, the room actually didn’t stink, and nothing real bad happened. Unfortunately this was the most run down and sketchy place I have ever stayed. There was a t.v. in the room but it didn’t work, and the air conditioning kept turning off no matter what the temp was. There were people watching us when we took stuff into our room. Then when we left at 6am the next morning, there was a couple of people watching us put stuff in our car, then watched us leave. Pretty nerve racking situation. The only reason we stayed is because we only needed the room for one night, and I don’t recall the reviews being that bad. I’m sorry to say, it’s horrible. Don’t stay there if you can avoid it.

Nothing about this location to like Got there and the office was closed for 30 minutes the front desk clerk was not even on the property. There was not lock inside the room abandoned cars all over the back of property

Nothing The bums that hung out there it smelled like urine from the humans and the raccoons that they are feeding. I killed 3 roaches and there were about 10 baby roaches grouped up in the ceiling of the bathroom. The curtains had burn holes ( big ones).

Very cheap and plenty of parking. Dirty, roaches, hair and very rundown rooms

Nothing Drug deals in parking lot sent me to the first room walked in on some lady walking out of bathroom half nakedvsent me to room already occupied would give me a refund dirty sheets very grudgy like a trap house vibe pretty sure people there were mostly homeless staying with friends

The location was the only good thing I can say about this property First, the staff was outside smoking Marijuana when me and my coworker arrived. I booked a Handicap accessibility room and they didn't have on. The Front Desk person was very rude

Disappointed! Horrible! Very dirty, smelling a lot cigar even in our non smoking room. Vanity clogged and nothing to do with the pictures in the app. Linens with stains. Noisy and really bad neighborhood! Not recommended!

Know can't expect much for the price. But this was basically a crack house
