Great stay very close to the airport and the shuttle got me to the airport on time very early

Staff friendly. Bathroom dirty. Paint peeling from ceiling. Wallpaper peeling. Bathroom door wouldn't close! Everything was beat up

The staff members were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The location was perfect for the next early morning flight.

Didn’t want to leave ! My stay was short but well lived. Ate at the restaurant and received excellent service. Also had a good nights sleep !

It is a nice hotel and very convenient to use JAX airport.

Got my to a 5:30 am flight. Room was nice and clean.

The AC unit in my room could be adjusted and I was too cold the entire stay,

Clean well maintained hotel minutes away from Food , Entertainment, and Shopping

The room was clean. Lots of peeling paint and wall paper. Just overall a bit run down looking inside the rooms. Had an issue with people being very loud outside at the pool at 1-2 am. I called the desk and it was handled promptly!

The hotel was fine. We were just there for one night for an early morning flight. Be aware if you stay with any amount of luggage and use their shuttle service stops in one area not in front of your airline. We had 4 bags and my husband was using a walker. It was quite the struggle to get to where our airline was located.

Shower is poorly done. Bed not comfortable.

Ms. Keisha made my July 4th weekend. She was amazing in helping me check in

Friendly staff and even accommodated us checking in early! My husband and I loved the pool area but definitely don’t think the breakfast is worth the price they charge if you want it.

I live the hotel will definitely come back and I felt safe
