Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jacksonville Airport

Honestly we just had a great experience here. We just wanted somewhere close to the airport and not expensive but a good place and this was perfect. We got the shuttle to and from the airport and the staff at the front desk and the shuttle drivers were just amazing!! Highly recommend this place.!!

Everything was just as needed for a short stay. Bonus, Nutella for breakfast.

The pool was closed but I don't know why. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Very convenient to the airport yet I did NOT hear any airplanes. The staff was very helpful too. I'd stay there again.

Run down & thin walls. Uncomfortable bed, pillows. Breakfast was awful.

Check-in staff was great polite and helpful. Morning staff while I realize was also busy with a very limited breakfast couldn't take the time to actually check us out. "Just leave the key" was her comment.

Clean room, good breakfast.

I was pretty grossed out , the room had stains all over the wall. The bathroom towels smelled horrible. There was dirt all in the AC and around it. I was honestly very uncomfortable in there and had I known I would’ve booked another hotel to stay at.

Nothing The pool was closed but nothing in the websites stated that. The room smells like mold. There were workers working construction right outside my room…I had stepped out and had don’t disturb so no one comes I the room however the cleaning lady still did. My flight was canceled that’s how I ended up in this hotel

Pool was out of order till further notice. Vending machines were broken. Hotel was dirty everywhere. There were random ppl just camping out in the halls tv had poor reception to be generous. Over all place is a dump.

We were happy with everything.

As a solo traveler my stay was great. Close to the airport and very close driving distance to major shopping and groceries. For the value, it's excellent. Clean and practical and friendly staff. I would stay here again. No issues. Having said all that, if my wife (or woman) stayed here, she may not have the same experience as me as they may want something more premium quality experience.

No much food for breakfast one day

I liked that the hotel was quiet and staff kept me with clean towels. My room did have a smell and the shower could use a deep clean.
