Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Jacksonville - Airport

Lot of loud knocking, banging as well as stomping. Roaches in my room. My deposit still isn't in my account and I was told it'll be bck in my account same day as check out

Wifi says “free” but doesn’t actually get you anything, you have to pay for wifi. The tv in the room also didn’t work. The beds were never made and we had to find someone to get more towels and we were given very few as it was.

The room was clean, the bathroom could've been better. The room had been remodeled recently and smelled to high heaven of paint this should NOT have been rented out. Also the door must have been replaced recently and it was NOT done right. The door lock did not line up with the door jamb, so the door did not lock. The Elevator was also not working it would've been nice for them to let us know when booking rather than when we arrive at 11pm!! The staff there was kind and nice, Personally I would never stay here again.

Clean, bed was comfortable and the pillows were amazingly comfortable!! The woman working the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional Though the elevator was out of order, multiple trips on the stairs to the third floor was a welcoming experience

Arrived late after a long day of travel- and was met with one of the happiest and friendly staff member- I wrote the name in another review the day after my stay and I believe it was Anjel (spelling but pronounced Angel). The hotel was clean and even though pact - I felt safe in the parking lot even though I was a female traveling alone. Room was super comfy and hated I only had a few hours there before I had to head out again. I would 100% stay there again.

Anjel is the best front desk worker I've ever encountered at any hotel ever. Give that man a raise!

The room was clean and spacious. My husband checked in after midnight so it was technically the next day, but the front desk staff helped to check him in early which was very nice.

Been here multiple times, never had an issue with cleanliness, staff, or anything. 10/10

This was a comforting stay after a long road trip. The exterior doors were actually locked a d required key cards to get in. It was quiet, clean and comfortable with a nice breakfast.

The stay is decent. It's the thin walls that ultimately makes it uncomfortable to stay. You hear every foot step, music or conversation. Asked to stay on the 4th floor.

Food offered in the morning should not be called breakfast.

The breakfast is little of almost nothing. Hardboiled eggs and oranges in the fridge, yogurt was all gone at 8:00am. There was coffee, granola bars & wrapped muffins. instant oatmeal in the packs (no bowls, make it in the coffee if you want it. One table and two chairs already taken so we took our coffee and muffins to our room to eat since we had no place to sit where the breakfast was self-served. This is sad since the VA clinic is right behind this hotel. Quickly checked out and went to McDonalds for breakfast which was at least something hot.

Property was great, my only suggestion would be to have blow dryers available in the rooms.
