Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Jacksonville - Airport

AC was leaking and making loud noise all night long and shower was mid-repair! Location was great, bed was comfy. Needs a little TLC.

Rooms felt airy and fresh

Clean rooms ,friendly staff, close to lots of restaurants

Staff was excellent, rooms were emaculate,and property was well maintained. I only had one complaint; I was called around 8 or 9 pm and told there was a noise complaint for my room. It was just me and my husband and we barely was in the room!! I didn't appreciate the interruption. Me and my husband were getting ready for bed, and then we got this random phone call from the front desk. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Great location

There were no towels in the room and when calling to ask for some they stated they didnt have any and would have to get back to us. The shower was dirty AND bed had hair all over it like it had not been washed. Also, breakfast is not included. They have coffee and some granola bars but no breakfast as advertised to convince people to stay there.

Property is fine for what it is

Toilet seat was super loose, ready to come off. For the $ it was a good value, beds where comfortable and sheets clean. Close to the airport, we just needed a place to sleep for a morning flight.

House keeping would be great! My bathroom did have a slow sink drain and A/C leaked a bit but nothing that affected my stay.

The room was set up nicely and the staff were super friendly.

AC could not be turned down or turned off. Room was way too cold - could not get warm during the night as bedding was thin. Definitely would not stay here again

The rooms had no towels, no cups and the rooms were questionably clean. There were cockroaches in the hotel and the rooms were hot regardless of the thermostat setting. Will never go back there again.
