Magnuson Hotel Jacksonville Downtown

Coffee maker and blow dryer didn’t work and were very dirty. A/C filters in a/c unit were extremely dirty. Water leaked in bathroom unless I left the shower plug pulled up in shower position. Counters in room were dirty as well.

nothing I got sick the next day after staying the smell and everything was terrible

Did''nt eat breakfast Refused credit card wanted cash money. Room on back no lighted area..roaches in refrigator and microwave. Bathtub dirty. Towels looked dirty. I fell in bathroom. I paid for 2 nights only stayed 1 night.

Nothing, everything was disgustingly bad. The ultimate junky hotel. Smelled like an ashtray, bathroom smelled like someone vomited after a night of binge drinking. Peeling paint, rusty metal door jambs, 40 years of dirt stains everywhere most commonly touched, pubic hair in the beds. You have to stand outside and check in through a pass through in the window. Like I said, it's a motel used by the local junkies and they're just fine with their regular clientele. So stay far away if you're not there to get high or you're not homeless trying to get off the street for the night or you are not there to turn a trick or two. Bad bad bad. I'm embarrassed I fell for the to good to be true nightly rate. If I wasn't Dead Tired I would have driven straight through and gone home but it served its purpose I Got 5 hours of sleep and I was able to continue my trip home but I would have been better off stopping in a rest stop and sleeping in my car.

Location Smell, property needs to be up graded rust all over walls , paint peeling and it was dirty.

They had a microwave, refrigerator, clean rooms.

The rooms were cleaned well and worth the price. I recommend it for someone looking to get a bargain as your passing through but not for a family on vacation. Even though my room was non smoking you can smell cigarettes in the room. The part of town it's located is rough too but it's worth the price for a quick passing through customer.

Absolutely nothing. This place is for homeless people , it’s very sad, this place does no need to be on booking for people trying to stay for vacation This whole place needs torn down and rebuilt
