The price is quite reasonable for what it is. They make you sign papers agreeing not to smoke, yet the rooms smell of cigarettes and dampness, and the hallways smell of marijuana. Plus, we were greeted by a cockroach in the sink.

The place smell like Marijuana inside and outside, the front desk was never staffed, breakfast was muffin only, no coffee and the bedding was dirty and had hair on the pillow cases.

Great staff at check-in! No real breakfast only instant oatmeal and muffins... All in all... Great stay... Great parking and comfortable Should clarify that there are no real breakfast options just grab and go instant oatmeal and coffee

Not statisfied as soon as I open the door roaches on floor. I requested my money back. Worst place to stay. I don’t recommend this place.

Checked in for a stay after a very long drive. Staff was rude, specifically Alicia front desk. Lobby stunk of cigarette smoke although no smoking on property. Room was not clean. Will not be returning

While I understand and appreciate the safety aspect of this, its also a huge red flag (got me thinking how bad the crime in the area must be to even lock the lobby doors down). No where in the reservation/booking information does it state a major credit/bank card must be used for a security hold. So cashapp cards (even the one I made the original reservation for couldn't be used for payment). Upon arriving into the first floor hallway, the smell was hot and musky. Not a pleasant odor nor welcoming. Rooms were fairly clean. Tub still had hair in it. I guess for the "price paid" I should've assumed the worst. I will say...I've paid the same price for much better hotels on International Dr in Orlando. Maybe Jacksonville can take notes.

Pros: very clean and updated facility, polite & engaged staff, pet friendly, close to home and full kitchen amenities that made meals easier for all. Cons: urban location so very noisy place, especially at night - lots of traffic noise, sirens and trains. My corner room was closest to the intersection and the traffic noise made sleeping difficult. The “complimentary breakfast” consisted of coffee & tea urns with hot water, pre-packaged muffins, granola bars, and instant oatmeal. Very basic. Guests are charged additionally per pet per day and for parking (we had to bring two cars) and that isn’t well advertised on the websites and does add up quickly. Also, we noticed two fire engines there our 3rd day; apparently there was a fire in the laundry room and there was NO NOTIFICATION- no alarms or anything, which is concerning especially with multiple pets we would have had to manage if we would have had to evacuate - we only found out about this when my husband overheard staff discussing it later that day! All said, it met our basic needs in our situation but otherwise wouldn’t stay here.

Nothing I didn’t like the fact we killed a roach in our room

Whoever the late night staff lady was when I called to ask her to find out who was blasting their music at 230ish in the morning. She was super sweet. The location was mid. Right across from a bar. There is a 10 dollar parking fee for each day you're there. No ice machine on site. 3rd floor smelled like cigarettes and bad trash. Constantly hot in the halls and the hotter it got. The worse the smell. The room was never dusted. The window area was disgusting with hair and bugs. The bathroom had hair under the toilet seat, roach dropping in the main kitchen drawer but you could they attempted to clean it up. The refrigerator leaked rust and some sticky liquid on the floor. The drawers were nasty and there were no remotes in the room, we had to ask for one down stairs. The breakfast is an absolute joke. So, make sure to get a good breakfast at the southern grill not far from the hotel. The recliner in the room was NASTY!!!! Didnt even sit in it. It was 1am when we checked in and we bought clorox wipes and cleaned disinfected the room the best we could after we got back Saturday. I did not want to lug our luggage back to the car. But I would and will never stay here again. absolutely no.

I would not recommend this hotel nor would I stay at it ever again from drunk people and animals peeing on the floors in lobby staff behind the desk at night time were high of asleep …weed smelling all over the hotel supposed to be an all no smoking hotel that’s a joke …..including my bathroom as people were smoking it and blowing it through the vents money grabbing charge you for you room and they charge you to park you car so you can use the room and I think my dog got fleas from room if the poor thing wasn’t high from staying there owners need to overhaul the management pronto
