The desk staff was condescending to talk to. The free breakfast was tiny muffins and coffee.

Claims of granola bars and muffins for "breakfast" are highly exaggerated. Its dry quick serve oatmeal. I can't recall if there were even bowls. Hotels.com needs set a mimimum standard to do a little field research before applying the coveted "breakfast included" ammenity award.

I also spoke with the housekeeper who was working on that floor and asked her about what she had observed. According to the housekeeper, the dog may have barked when she first began her shift because he could hear doors opening and closing. However, she stated that once she settled in, the dog stopped barking. She also said that she did not find him to be aggressive and felt that he may have simply been protective. Despite this, Tasha informed me that my family and I would have to leave the following day and that she was cancelling our reservation. I was extremely concerned and disappointed by how the situation was handled, especially because I had made an effort to immediately respond to the complaint and personally check on my service animal. I also found Tasha’s communication and manner toward me to be disrespectful and unprofessional. I felt that I was not given a reasonable opportunity to discuss the situation or address the concern before the decision was made to cancel our reservation. We had already been staying at the hotel for a week and had another reservation in place. While I was at work, I received a call from Tasha, the FOM, the day before our reservation was scheduled to end. I was told that my service animal had allegedly been scratching at the door and barking. Because I take any concerns regarding my service animal seriously, I immediately left work and returned to the hotel to check on him. When I got off the elevator, I did not hear any barking or other excessive noise. Once I entered the room, I found my dog calm and lying down. Location Room smelled bad

It was very clean it just didn't smell clean. At check in she was very friendly. As we went out to get our luggage the workers were friendly and helpful. It needed air freshener in the room, didn't smell clean, although it was clean. The most important is the facility needs to spray for Roaches. I woke up at 3 am to use the restroom and I had to wake my husband to kill roaches. We both didn't sleep after that.i did tell the desk so maybe they will take care of it.

katie from Russia was patient friendly and helpful. speaking with her while signing in put a smile on our faces. felt the price was high. other people saw the same room for cheaper price. I felt targeted

Things were fine took a bit to check in. Only o e person working thw front desk at 6 in the evening.
