Not all rooms have microwaves and refrigerators, only the suites. They did bring me a small refrigerator the following day when I asked about. Good and drinks were good.

Everything was good no problems
-
Rooms and much of the property needs a full renovation, pool was great, staff was mostly great except the one front desk person who checked us in when we asked for somewhere close to get something to eat, she said she wasn't from the area, so she did not know
-
Not very clean. Needs updated for sure. Staff was great.

The hotel seems very dated and is in desperate need of an upgrade. My bathroom didn’t have a trash can. The sink was very shallow and clogged quickly. The tub was peeling and also clogged. The ac unit was very loud. There wasn’t a fridge in the room. I was really disappointed because I’ve stayed at several Doubletree hotels and usually love them.
-
This place is not worth the money...no microwave no fridge I got dinner and lunch that I wanted to eat later and couldn't...the charge for incidentals is unnecessary due to how the hotel has not been upgraded since who knows when...they should be ashamed.

It’s not 4 star it’s 3 star property
-
It was dirty room I will not stay again on that property
-
Didn't like having to pay for parking when we're paying to stay there. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.
-
The room was so ok

This place was completely gross. The bathtub was black and I could not even take a shower. This place is very old and run down. When I arrive multiple People were switching rooms. The view is nice but I wouldn’t recommend

Our first room smelled like an ash tray (this was supposed to be a no -smoking property). Our second room smelled much better, but the bathroom was old and mildewed, the shower took so long to produce warm water that my son took a cold shower, water leaked out between the shower doors creating a puddle on the floor, there is zero counter space in the bathroom to put anything, and between the insanely loud AC unit and noisy neighbors up all night, we hardly slept. We did have a river view, which was nice, and my son enjoyed the warm cookie. This Doubletree was more like a Motel 6 and in need of major renovations.

The front desk was not that friendly on Friday ! I felt like I bothered them by asking a question. I needed a eating utensils because I ordered good and was told to go the restaurant onsite and when I went in the person there didn’t seem to happy I walked in if may have been closed but I was told to walk in.

The best thing about the stay was the cookies and the view. The hotel is pretty old and needs a serious renovation. The carpet in the rooms are old, the bathtub is peeling. There is no refrigerator or microwave in the room. I would not stay there again.

The door to each room seemed like thwy have been pryed open with a tool or the door were painted while closed and the paint was chipping on the sides of the door. The lighting was dem and I could still identify the mold or mildew the rooms had. Not a horrible smell upon check in but I'm sure after the first not I would have smell it. The second room a had roach egg and shelling on the pillow case when I lifted up the sheets. I decided to check out and get another hotel. This place needs renovated ASAP! Hilton has way too much money for this hotel to not be renovated yet!

The check in process was smooth. The hotel itself just needs a renovation. That had to been the worse Doubletree in the history of double trees. The tv NEVER WORKED, for the location the amenities should be a lot nicer!

Absolutely terrible.

Later when I went to obtain ice, the machine on our floor was labeled "out of service." Accorrdingly, I went up to another floor and, while it was NOT labeled as was the above, it was not working. SO, I went down to the floor below ours...which turned out to be a public area just above the lobby and without an ice machine. However, the lovely girl in the bar very generlously filled my bucket AND even gave me a glass of club soda with a lemon (I wish I'd returned with my wallet and left her a good tip...alas, i did not!). The pool was SO crowded with unruly kids jumping in, I didn't even consider going down to get in (which I normally would have done). Once saving grace, however, was that our room with a river/pool view had a balcony...which I did not expect. this helped compensate for NOT "being able" to go to the pool. the main part of the room was nice enough but the bathroom was so small ther was absolutely NO counter space. Well, at least, the hotel is well located!

The Valet gentlemen were very courteous. The rooms needs to be updated. The bed needs a blanket that fits the bed. There was some type of covering underneath the spread but I don’t know what it was but it was not the size for the bed. The carpet looked a little dingy. The water from the shower got all on the floor. It was okay but needs updating for sure.

Beautiful location however the rooms were sort of outdated and the tv was out of service so we really didn’t have any entertainment in our room except our phones
