valet parking, staff clean room was nice

Great just wish parking wasn’t so expensive

Needs cheaper parking, but everything else is great

El restaurante muy caro

Emily is one of the most pleasant, professional, and amazing front desk staff I have ever come in contact with since I started traveling 25 years ago. She needs a raise or promotion! She could teach everyone there a lot in customer service!

The issues didn’t stop there. The air conditioning in my room wasn’t working properly, making the room uncomfortable, and the toilet wouldn’t flush consistently. For a Marriott, I expected much better maintenance and attention to cleanliness. Hopefully these issues are addressed for future guests.

Although the property is undergoing renovations and a snafu kept our room from being ready at checkin, the helpful, friendly staff members made all the difference. The rooms are also recently renovated, clean, and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again all because of the staff.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room and pool was clean. I didn’t have any issues at all throughout my stay.

Dirty water

The staff was fantastic and the room was clean and comfortable. Downside was the parking was either paid city lot, or paid valet. Also, the safe in our room did not work. I would stay again, but I felt like the parking situation was a surprise.

Awesome hotel

Staff was friend. Did not get room cleaned. I did not know you had to ask for it.

Hotel was overrun with loud guests just hanging out all over the lobby throughout my stay. Yelling, kids running around. Very low brow. Room was renovated and good. Common areas in bad need of renovation.

Great location for July 4th. Clean room and hotel as well.

The room was nice and clean only problem was the shower tub was stopped up so it was sitting water while showering .

Staff was amazing. Answered any question we had.

Unfortunatley the restaurant was under renovation..... I am sure it will be nice when it is done.

The restaurant - Juliette's Bistro - was underwhelming. Our order was delayed due to some mixup (about 45" from seating and a quick order). Food was okay. I should note that the restaurant was undergoing renovations so that could have affected everything. The toilet in the room was gurgling off and on during the night and at one point was also foaming and nearly overflowed. We stayed there because of the convenient downtown location. I'll to think twice before doing so again.,
