We should have been warned that the ground floor is undergoing very loud construction that made basic hotel functions impossible, such as check in or ordering a cup of coffee. There is only room service for dinner. The sheets are unpleasantly similar to sandpaper. In short, you'll be disappointed if you expect it to still be like the Omni. However, all the staff were fantastic and the handicap roll in shower was very nice.

I wish they would tell people of renovations that impact restaurants and bar.- the staff wasn’t very helpful and no one mentioned no tables without reservations but we had no ideas the reservation was required to even go to the bar or order anything at all.

I was at the hotel to get ready for my wedding. It had spacious room and was very quiet. The staff was so kind and welcoming. Nothing really that I didn’t like.

The convenience of the the location. I was there for a show at the venue across the street. The hotel was undergoing renovations so the food/restaurant options were very limited & I was unable to get room service which was the main reason I chose this location. I was there for a comedy show (across the street) on my birthday & did not get to eat ANY dinner.

The location was excellent and everything was very clean and updated. The surrounding area was filled with a lot of homeless and unfortunately limited our walking around time downtown.

Very accommodating front desk, valet and concierge! Centrally located and convenient to the water, downtown, Maxwell coffee house, convention center , restaurant, shopping and everything you would need. Room clean and bed comfy

The staff was very helpful and allowed us a very early checkin. We used the valet parking which was very effecient. We were able to walk to the game, however the hotel offered a shuttle to the game. When we returned from the game we used the bar only 2 of the 4 people in our party were drinking however the bar tender brought all of us water without asking. I will definitely stay here again! We did not use the pool or workout room so I cannot rate those amenities.
