Hampton Inn Jacksonville-Downtown-I-95

Great location to walkable areas around town and great local restaurants. The staff is one of most hard working group I’ve ever seen to help us and other guests feel the most comfortable. It was a great experience.

Beautiful hotel with a helpful staff and great amenities. Looking forward to our next stay.

The location is very convenient to visit the river walk area and to dine. People are friendly in the hotel.

Everything was very good.

The air conditioning was so loud I could hardly sleep. And there was no extra towels and wash cloths upon request. Staff kept saying they were in the wash. The staff was nice and so was the breakfast . The location was perfect . The loud air conditioning would be the only reason I probably wouldn’t stay again.

Rooms were clean, staff was pleasant and helpful, breakfast buffet was no extra charge, and parking had nonexistent issues.

Location and comfort. Paid limited parking.

I didn’t like how I couldn’t find an ice machine on my floor. And the morning employee at the front desk on 07/28/2026. Was not pleasant.

The mattress and pillows were not very comfortable. They obviously need to be replaced.

we stayed two nights, no one cleaned our room after the first night, we were gone the entire day fishing, left at 530am- returned at 7pm and room had not been cleaned, we did not leave flyer on door

The location and the staff were very nice and friendly I had roaches in my room, and the air conditioner was not blowing out cold air, and I did not have enough linen or toilet paper for me and my family so I had to purchase extra things

The breakfast personnel was EXTREMELY courteous. She was wonderful. Better communication of the extra charges on your credit card. I should not receive a notification from my credit card company of approved charges from the hotel, especially when I just checked in and I was not informed at all...And housekeeping services needs to be better, every two days and you receive minimal service.

The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast had many good options. Definitely I'll back
