If you want to spend 22.00 for breakfast. A Hotel of that caliber should provide Breakfast. The staff was wonderful. I will be staying at this Hotel in Virginia next month.

Also, we were not aware of the $25 parking fee per night. We were able to get the fee removed and then we were charged $25 for a "park your own car on the street. What the hell!!!

Toilet was small,shower door would not close,bathroom sink to small,breakfast was not good.

This was an excellent stay . Very friendly and helpful staff. Josh was working like a champ at the breakfast area . We came mainly for the Jacksonville Jaguars home opener. The staff got us the information on the game day express.. which picks up and drops off right there by the property.. which was the best way to get to and from the stadium.. we had a great experience there and will most likely return again in the future.

Sevda she works at the Front desk was outstanding went above and beyond at every turn she should be promoted as soon as possible. Outstanding employee made your company look very good.

Staff at check-in were extremely helpful. Our plane was two hours late, and most restaurants were closed. The hotel restaurant was able to serve a good meal at 9 :30.

I won’t be back.

Additionally, they advertise 'parking on-site' but did not disclose that an extra charge of $26.88 for parking in the garage. They lady in the front desk did not mention it to me either so I was surprised when I see this extra charge in my credit card.

The location is good for traveling around Jacksonville. However, the property is not worth the cost. The restaurant lacks options and the food quality is substandard. The bar service is very good, but it’s very difficult to determine hours and times are not posted.

I loved that the Gameday express bus picked up at my property There were charges for everything. The pet fee was outrageous. I travel with my dog all the time and I was charged 3 txs the normal rate and I never knew what that charge was till check in. It is not posted on website anywhere. I was even charged for parking and there was a charge for breakfast. A one night stay ended up costing me $100 more than expected and was not a good deal at all. Definitely not worth what I paid for a 1 night stay. The hallway of my floor had not been vacuumed.

Perfect downtown location, and the food was great

We loved our room! It was a corner unit with 3 large windows on the 7th floor with a beautiful view. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice with a large walk in shower.

At $150+ a night, I expect a basic standard of service and comfort, but this stay did not come close to meeting it. Halfway through my shower our first morning, I found there was no soap in the shower. When I went down to the front desk to request some, the clerk was chatting on the phone and could not be bothered to even acknowledge me until her very clearly personal call was done. We left for the morning and returned at 2:00 PM for a quick nap, only to find still no soap. I tried calling the front desk multiple times using both the room phone and my personal cell phone, but nobody ever answered. To make matters worse, the toilet in our room would not flush properly and left a faint urine smell throughout the bathroom. Breakfast was another major issue. Unlike every other Hilton brand hotel I’ve stayed at, breakfast here incurred an extra charge. When my 72-year-old mother tried to get some oatmeal, a rude dining room employee—who was noticeably unkempt with chipped nail polish—harshly stopped her, demanding a room number. Between the lack of basic amenities, broken fixtures, non-existent customer service, and unexpected charges, this hotel falls far short of expectations. Save your money and book elsewhere.

It was an okay still minus the fact the our room had an awful smell coming from the bathroom. It was like they had some sort of plumbing issue
