Seemed like a much older property. Got to our first room and it was super hot and stuffy. Kicked the AC on. 2 hrs later still hot and carpet was wet in front of the AC. Called down to report it. Was told someone would be up to fix. 4.5 hrs later still no fix and half the rooms carpet was now wet. Called a 3rd time and maintenance was sent up. Moved us to a new room. Ac worked kind of. Def cooler than the first but never did get super comfortable. Room was cozy but nothing that stands out about it. Staff was a bit impersonal. Kind of a forced politeness. It was convenient if nothing else.

The pool was perfect, room was clean and comfy, staff was awesome! The potatoes had too much rosemary. lol. That’s just a preference, I really don’t have any dislikes.

Room was perfect for 6 travelers! Needed more blankets pillows and towels and staff was so helpful and accommodating. Parking garage is great for weather purposes. Pool was great for the kids. Kitchen and full fridge is a bonus, location was great close to interstate and concert venue. Loved the restaurant for dinner and drinks, so delicious and convenient. Also the breakfast included was a great bonus with the kids. Would definitely stay again if back in this area!
