Hyatt Regency Jacksonville

The hotel had maintenance issues and several of our rooms were not available. They had to move some of our group to the Marriott. In addition, they must have the majority of the elevators broke as it would take 30-45 minutes to go up or down on the elevator. It is a nice property but not well run.

1 day stay . Appreciated toiletries supplied in room since I had left my toothbrush at home.Bathtub could have been cleaner . Overall a good experienced

I love staying at Hyatt hotels they never disappoint and I always feel safe and have fun with my family there !

Everything was great, the only downside was there were chairs and tables in the lobby that needed changing out, also some of the carpet was faded in certain areas!!! The Staff was awesome and all the other facilities were great!!!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, the staff were super friendly, the view was beautiful, everything was 1000/10.

A beautiful hotel, friendly staff and love the views from our room.

The rooms were dirty, the hallways were very clean. The walls in the room had drippings on them as well as the mirror. The AC had a rattle in it all night and the hot water was horrible barely any hot water.

Spent three night there. Room didn’t get cleaned once. Asked for towels that were never delivered and had to pick straws out of the pool in the afternoon. Nobody was picking anything up. Umbrellas blown over and still laying there at noon the next day.

We had to wait 4 hours for our room to be ready which messed our evening up

Great stay! The amenities are always great at this location. Check in was a wait but there were so many events this weekend it was expected.
