The hotel was very nice, the rooms was spacious and the washers where very clean. The location for the patriots x jaguars game was good! It needs a remodel, there were no smart tvs and pretty much no available channels to watch. They said a chrome cast would work but we couldn’t make it work. The bathroom was very dark

Very sad my experience at this hotel. I forgot a dress inside the closet and it disappeared. Lost and found didn’t help at all. I don’t think it’s a safe place to be.

Great hotel. Nice view. Downtown is tiny but could walk to everywhere

The hotel was was excellent from top to bottom. A couple of restaurants in the lobby as well as a well stocked area to pick up quick items - juices, pastries, coffee, etc. The staff was wonderful and it is located right on the Riverwalk so I was able to get in a 4 mile run. It's also located about 1.3 miles from the Everbank stadium if you're in town for a Jaguars game. Would definitely stay here again.

The lobby area and staff were great but the pool area needs some love. It looks old and run down and just not hyatt level. We like to spend a pool day and the outside looks like a pool area of a motel 8. Rooms are very basic and just need to match the lobby vibe

Hotel was fine. Very expensive breakfast buffet. Plenty of dining options, not terribly expensive, and very delicious. Excellent for anyone looking for an all-in-one stay/food/event space. Great stay for business travellers at a conference in the building. Wifi was spotty and there were some maintenance issues around the building. Easy transport and reasonably safe neighborhood.

The fire alarm went off at 0130 sunday. We were on the 4th floor. Everyone went down the stairs only to find out that we were the only floor affected. We were looked at like we were crazy in the lobby. Absolutely won't stay at another Hyatt again, my daughter's words. By the way, the night before we stayed at a different Hyatt in Palm Bay and the alarm went off at 0630. The fire department arrived, didn't tell us a thing and left without shutting off the fire alarm lights in the room. Never staying at another Hyatt

Amazing view, spacious room, very clean, close to stadium

Upon arrival (6PM), check in time is 4PM and they did not have a room ready for my daughter and I. That night the hotel alarm went off on our floor at 1:30AM and we had to evacuate the room and go outside. Nobody directed us where to go so we just went back to the rooms. The alarm went off again at 2AM and we just stayed in the room with again no direction or guidance. We were offered a $10 voucher for food for our troubles. Hotel was also undergoing construction.

The riverfront view was perfection The fact that there was no stairs when elevators were supppppper backed up from the concert.

The property was conveniently located to Vystar for a concert. The room itself was dated and dirty. The elevators were down and staff said “we don’t have any stairs”. Seemed like a lot of money for a very mid hotel stay.
