Hyatt Regency Jacksonville

Valet service was fast and efficient. Rooms were well kept and clean. Breakfast was ok. The shop was a bit blah and didn't have basics like floss or shaving cream. Staff, except the bellman, were barely helpful. Front desk seemed to go out of the way to be almost rude. Gym was ok. The pool area was filthy, and the pool did not seem clean either. Will not be staying here again.

The hotel it was amazing, however, my room did not have cold water, and the only water coming out of the shower with scalding hot, I could not take a shower

Waiting over an hour at the restaurant to get our food, and 30 minutes for drinks. However, very busy Nations' 250th celebration.

Great location on the Jacksonville River. We stayed for the 4th of July. Very convenient to watch all the Fireworks and festivities.

The front desk associate was very sweet and kind. She handled a lot of distressed guests because it was 4th of July and ZERO parking spaces...valet and garage included. The placed was packed...even lines for the elevator. At least the employees were helpful and very upbeat and kind in the face of some very challenging situations.

The Hyatt is worth the stay, excellent staff, excellent food choices too!

Staff went to the extreme to make everyone's check in and stay exceptional. It was crowded and busy for the 4th but it was a great experience!

Biggest problem is only 1 elevator bank and no access to the stairs. Long waits to get on an elevator. I got information for where there were stairs through the kitchen area and then i was told that i could nit go that way. What if there is a fire? Otherwise the room was clean.

Rooms were clean. Staff was nice. Didn’t get breakfast but the pool bar was cool. Swimming pool small and had a lot of people for the 4th of July shenanigans but overall it was good!

Very nice hotel and excellent location . Nice view of the St John's River downtown.

Also super tall lady was very accommodating! And the black skinny lady was also very good in admitting us in the hotel the first time also signed up to he members . Just irresistible.

Nice stay for a quick weekend trip. Great customer service, loved all the amenities, and right outside the hotel is the river front. There's a 24/7 market and Aly was the best!

Clean room

Stayed on tenth floor, river view, saw fifteen dolphins in the morning! Bed was comfortable, room met my needs! Good water pressure in shower! Short walk to Cowfords! Rooftop pool was fun! Felt safe! Will be back!!
