The room was very spacious cozy.. and clean. The breakfast was great. The over stay was a 10plus. This will definitely be our #1 choice hotle to stay when we visit Jacksonville

The room was quiet and clean, kitchen was nice. Beds were comfortable. Pullout sofa bed was not comfortable at all and probably needed a new mattress. Breakfast was not the best food but it was hot and free. Also they charge for parking which we did not know until they charged our card at check out.

Renee that works in the cafeteria was awful to be around. She stands around like a guard and doesn’t even greet or interact with the guests. She was carrying on loud about not cleaning up the bread. I would not go back just because she was there honestly. The rest of the hotel was fine.

We stopped here for an overnight stay while visiting family. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and knew it was the perfect place to have booked. Checkin was a breeze and our room was exceptionally clean. I couldn't have asked for a better place to rest after a long day of travel.
