The breakfast wasnt the greatest, but all in all the amenities and cleanliness, upkeep were amazing. The onsight restaurant was very good. Everyone was very friendly.

It was a decent stay. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Parking is a bit tight but overall a decent hotel to stay.

1) non existent water pressure in the shower-I don’t know if this is the shower head or a problem with pressure throughout the hotel, but it took me 40 minutes to shower and get shampoo/conditioner out of my hair (I usually take 10-15 minute showers…it really was just a trickle of water and ridiculous)! 2) breakfast - the options were great, but if you weren’t there within the first hour of service you were out of luck. They did not restock options and there wasn’t even any cereal or toast left one morning - much less anything else.

This place was very nice. It is obviously new and is beautiful. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had.

My go to property when I VISIT Jacksonville . Be mindful if you come back at night the parking lot could be full . Ask about the overflow lot . Other than that perfect location, friendly staff and free hot breakfast items

Parking is free which is a plus. The room was spacious and modern. The bed was rather uncomfortable but the view out the window was amazing. The staff was super helpful and very friendly and made my stay enjoyable. Was a little disappointed there was no pool but there’s a gym, laundry and bar for food and entertainment on the property and a jimmy John’s next door.

The front desk staff were very polite and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable, it looks like a studio apartment. I will be visiting Jacksonville in September and I will be staying at the Home 2 Suites at 600 Park Street again. That’s how comfortable I fell staying there.

Clean rooms nice staff good breakfast and safe parking.

Amazing staff and clean rooms with daily service and towel change. Rooms is big comfortable and quite. Easy access to and from I10 and I95 and very accessible from downtown area to rest of places.

The only thing I didn’t like is the parking lot was very limited . Hotel was full when we arrive and we have to park across the street . Was very uncomfortable for us . Felt unsafe too.

Breakfast was adequate. Nothing special. Nlost tv signal after first day without any explanation. We'll probably look elsewhere next time.

really top notch hotel, one of the best I've stayed in - staff was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast not the best but with everything else so perfect I can't complain. Parking was no problem at all. Overall definitely a 10 out of 10

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and they have a waffle maker and advertised making breakfast sandwiches and stocked all necessary ingredients. The parking lot was small and we had to park in their overflow lot which is connected through a small gate.
