This hotel was horrible, the rooms does not have a microwave or fridge. I arrived a few hours after check in and my room was not cleaned yet. They moved me to another room that looked like it was a room in a drug house. I checked out with in an hour of me checking in and they will not refund me my $680 that I had paid for 14 days. When at first they said they were going to process it. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE AT ALL.

Everything about the place was dirty. Leaky toilet and air conditioner. No bath towels and roaches everywhere

The TV was great, and I especially enjoyed watching soccer. The location is also very convenient, with many stores, restaurants, and important places nearby. It is easy to get around Jacksonville from this area. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this motel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay.

They did not give me the room that I had picked out, It was terrible and the room was not clean, someone had children that was over top of my head that sounded like they were unattended and jumping off the table and landing on the floor,up until 1:30 am I had to go to the office 5 times and threaten to call the police, to check out the room, because no parent should have let their kids jump off the table,or bed in a hotel and make all that noise at 1:30 am I could not get any sleep! Umm it was terrible! Someone said that it was the manager kids.

Filthy room... stinking, everything broken. Stained towels and sheets that smelled bad... horrible experience! Never again!

Maybe the location Old room, old furniture, had to wait for about 90 minutes to get checked in even though it was supposed to be ready before we even arrived at the premises. The room and the furniture was very old, not clean. We asked for at least a partial refund because we checked out immediately, but of course that wasn't even considered and the argument given was you checked in.

Nothing I only had a TV and the lady told me that I was lucky to have a microwave and I also didn't have a Lil refrigerator you would think they would have that type stuff in all the rooms. The management and some of the staff members are very rude and the fact that I was having to climb 30 steps day and night and some of the lights were out on the walk ways and going down those stairs somebody can fall and hurt them self.

My bathroom roof leaked every where. Wouldn’t refund, move, or offer to clean up in my room.

The place is not clean but it is cheap. You do have to clean your own room with bleach and cleaning products when you first go in.

Parking

there was black mold on the ceiling and blood in the sink. when we went to switch rooms they said they didn’t have any and then told us to check out. we didn’t have a key card because the night staff “broke into the room” and said maintenance would be by in the morning. maintenance never came. therefore we didn’t have a key to check and they said they would check us out. they never did and also refused my refund.
