My bathroom roof leaked every where. Wouldn’t refund, move, or offer to clean up in my room.

The place is not clean but it is cheap. You do have to clean your own room with bleach and cleaning products when you first go in.

there was black mold on the ceiling and blood in the sink. when we went to switch rooms they said they didn’t have any and then told us to check out. we didn’t have a key card because the night staff “broke into the room” and said maintenance would be by in the morning. maintenance never came. therefore we didn’t have a key to check and they said they would check us out. they never did and also refused my refund.

The location wasn’t bad. Plenty of restaurants nearby. They had us on the 3rd floor in a corner. We almost fell down the stairs because they are messed up. There was no refrigerator or nightstand. I had to go to the office to get more towels because there was only one.

Nothing I liked bout that motel bad attitude management. Everything the whole ideal.

Location In my room, the ceiling in bathroom was peeling and falling into the tub. The was very filthy. There were roaches in the room.The curtains were falling off the rod. They refused to give me a different room when requested. They refused to give a refund.

Comfortable bed On crutches had no help getting bags to the room
