The room was cleaned both days. Very nice. The staff was very nice about me being locked out of my room. I wish I could have had 2 keys instead of one.

I'm sorry to write this, but it was a disappointing experience. I know the prices were low and it would be a simple hotel, but still it surprised us. There is a clear need to fix some things and bring it back to a more well presented place. Breakfast, although free, was very disappointing: there was coffee and hot water (or maybe juice? can't recall), frozen industrialized pita bread with a fried chicken and slice of cheese in it, to heat in the microwave. Also, packets with glazed donuts and coffee cake, but I need to reinforce, nothing fresh, no fruit.

The room had a very unpleasant stench the whole room was not only dirty but filthy the bathroom smelled and looked horrid. There was mold growing all over the room and bathroom. The room looked absolutely nothing like what you see online. The customer service and communication was not great overall this experience wasn’t good and I won’t be staying again. I don’t recommend anyone to stay here.

mini fridge was leaking, mirror had a crack in it and the sheets had blood on them. no refunds so I had to switch to a room that had no blood on the sheets. there was still blood on the curtains and a substance i cannot describe all over the wall. Would not recommend.
