I was a traveler driving 31 hours strait and needed a real bed and shower. I picked this one because it looked like an "apartment" feel and could maybe cook some pasta. Well this room was at best the same atmosphere of a converted garage space. The room was safe, no visible bugs and i checked! The things that led to the angry review, well I asked to check in early but for a fee or any reason, she was rude and basically dismissed me without discussion. I called Hotels to ask if they have anyplace that is open and will take me. She got me about to check in then. I should not have had to call! Then the room had a rubber sheet squeezed over a full sized (NOT QUEEN) bed with 2 extra soft pillows so basically sleeping on your hands and the bed was only a bed. No soap, shampoo, or complementary anything. Disrepair is expected but they had negative amenities. I feel this place is just promoting to be something its not and wont be. But if I had come into this expecting that, maybe I would have handled it differently. The previous hotel booking was equally disappointing. I will upload pictures and will make this a new job to review these places.

The property was close to a lot of food places and close by the highway. There was hair all over the floor, bathroom counter, and the racks in the bathroom.

It was a great location. Not too far from restaurants and the interstate. Also very quiet nice area I didn't care for the gentleman on the night shift. I didn't like the fact I was given a 3rd degree from asking for towels. I booked a room for 4 guest only enough towels were provided for 2 guest. I was told no linen provided after 6 pm. He did end up giving me the towels needed but also informed me if it was someone else at the desk I probably wouldn't have gotten any. There were roaches. no hand soap provided. So since Thursday i was given 3rd degree for asking for towels. on Friday I knew I would not be back to the room before 6 pm, I went to the store and purchased my own towels. I bought enough for me and family for the rest of our trip since front desk doesn't give out any after a certain time. I will not be back and would not recommend anyone to stay at this location.

There was a dog barking all night and into the early hours each of the two nights we were there. Made it incredibly hard to get any rest of a vacation looking and needing rest. Smelled funny in the place and staff didn’t seem super friendly.

Good location. Was not informed about how to work the light in the room. Could not get a fresh wash rag. The shower was partially clean. During check in had to wait for two room to be checked for me to check in. The desk clerk was doing to many positions. I was locked in the lobby at 3am because my key did not work. The bed was smaller the advertised and it was very hard. Did not get a good nights sleep. I did not stay for the breakfast. I did not trust that the environment would be clean. The lobby was not cleaned at the end of the day. The bathroom in the front was not cleaned
