My TV in room was broken and called front desk and they said yep that TV in room doesn’t work! Unreal!!

Cons: area does not feel secured, no staff or security available at night. Hotel is an extended stay so you never know who is next to you. Lots of fights and screams from other rooms. Unable to sleep at night due to dogs barking, arguments and fights all night. Unfortunately walls are very thin you can hear everything. At some point I wanted to cancel and find another hotel, staff offer to move me to a different room, unfortunately the other side had the same issue. Parking lot at night can be loud also. Both rooms that I stayed smelled like urine. For a night or two maybe but will not stay 2 weeks

TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAY Terrible place to stay. Especially, for the price.you charge. The staff is rude & instead of.teying to accommodate the customer, they rather advise you to leave. The place smelled like an animal.zoo. The walk to the room was the worst smell.ive ever smelled. The room was not clean nor the linens,.towels,.or..face.towels. above head ot.apumd.like a.qatwr.leak when the person ran their shower, the tap was.horrible. the room next door the person sound like they were.near.death. I rate you a negative score.overall. TERRIBLE

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was exceptional very welcoming. The hotel was very clean. The only complaint I would have is because I stayed for a few days and I did have a pet with me. I would have preferred housekeeping have come in to tidy things up on a daily basis.

Always sketchy people who stay there. This time some old lady was arguing in the hallway with people. This time I saw housekeeping cleaning rooms.. and to see the amount of filth and trash (assuming from long term tenants) outside the room was absolutely disgusting. If only the owners or corporate would renovate the interior and have better security it could be such a better hotel

The room was decent for the price. The room size exceeded my expectations. It just had a dated smell and look. Only 2 small flat pillows on each bed and a thin blanket. No staff on site in the morning for check out. You had to use your key card to turn on the lights.

The staff are very accommodating and the property is safe and clean. Great location as well.

We stayed at a room on the 1st floor. Everything was okay except that at night, we could hear the TV at the next room all night! My husband knocked on the wall and called the staff. It wasn’t resolved and we just had the our most restless 2 nights on a vacation there.

Big tv. Comfy bed Only gave us 2 towels for 4 people asked for more it was like 7 pm and the front desk person said they dont give more towels after 6. So we had to share a towel that night, but we got 4 the next night.

A few things. One of the beds mattress was damp. This caused further investigations to see that there was stains and bugs underneath the sheets we were sleeping on. Also, shower would not drain. My guests borrowed the snake plunger from housekeeing and cleared out a glob of hair. Shower curtain was stained because of buildup. These issues need to be addressed.

First when I arrived I had to call because there was no one at the front desk. Booked a king bed but ended up having to stay in a double bed room, not a big deal. The problem was that there was a fitted sheet that was to large for the bed and nothing else. Just the 2 pillows. No top sheet, no comforter. Which makes me wonder if the beds were even cleaned. We did not sleep well at all! Will not be back to this hotel.

Location was near MEPS Room was humid. Not enough towels for 3 guests as was on reservation. No extra pillows. Blankets were very thin and there were no extras so room got cold but if we raised the thermostat it hen the room remained humid and hot. No water provided or stocked in vending machine.

not too much. there was a bed and tv but the bathroom was infested with Gnats the hall smelled, the room smelled, the bathroom and kitchen stove were infested with gnats. I checked in Sunday Nite and paid with my card, but my relative paid with his card Mon tues wed and Thursday Nite. Friday morning around 9am I told the front desk Jennifer and Tamara about the Gnats and that they owed me a credit and I needed the gnats cleaned from the room. At least I needed a disinfectant spray and a toilet bowl scrub brush. They provided nothing and so at 1030 I pack up my stuff and moved to the lobby and advised I was leaving. The staff Tamara stated the room was uninhabitable. the manager Jennifer stated she could not find a toilet scrub brush. I made arrangements to go else where and told the front desk staff Tamara not to charge my card or my relatives card especially since they owed me a credit for the gnats in the bathroom and kitchen area. But in stead after I left they changed my card for $71.00. I had to contract my bank and file a dispute and they had to cancel my card du to the fraudulent charges. You cannot trust people anymore with your card. they just helped themselves and charge me for a room I was not staying in plus was uninhabitable. the front desk staff is dishonest and the place is dirty. Stay elsewhere

Nothing Smelly pubic hairs on towels mold on couches and when we asked for a refund they didn’t do that only gave 11 in rewards to book some else
