Worst hotal I have ever booked

Room was clean and comfortable

Pleasant

it was very economical and worth what we paid. That being said, surfaces in common areas, (i.e. buttons, handles, door frames...) could have been a little better maintained and some of the staff was definitely more helpful than others. But over all I found it acceptable.

Great spot nice quite, clean great house keeping

The room was very spacious and clean and the price was reasonable for only needing a room for the night. The lady at the front desk was kind and friendly. One place that has more than 12 channels on tv which was a plus It didn’t seem like there was any people to clean the rooms and the hall way was very filthy. I understand the elevator being dirty most are that way. Wasn’t a full 24 hr staffed front desk which I have never seen. But the most thing that worried me was the elevator it was shaky and seemed like the brakes or something was catching and it would shake and felt really weird going down. I’d say it needs serviced or something

This was definitely a budget stay. The room smelled a bit musty. While there was no breakfast and minimal amenities, it served it's purpose of giving us somewhere to sleep for 2 nights. I only suggest staying here if you're balling on a budget.

The property was clean I didn’t like that the staff clearly knows there are people smoking marijuana all in the hotel. You can smell it as soon as you walk in. Also, no one is available at the front desk from 10 pm til 11am which is crazy.

Hotel had weird smells, guessing someone was cooking. Dog area was not clean had to walk our dog elsewhere.

Room had holes in bathroom door. Paint was rubbed off on walls....exposed wires over stove area. noisy hallway itsok as an emergency sleeping olace but id look elsewhere for an enjoyable stay

Hotel staff were very nice unfortunately this hotel has roaches. Anytime a hotel allows pets and a full kitchen setup for guest to prepare meals extra sanitation use should be encouraged.

The batteries in the month control do not work

Being left alone. Taking your own trash, no hospitality, no cleaning service came by not even once. Only two towels for a whole week and they charge you for extra. Gross.

Okay so honestly every time I book something with Expedia I get poor results. This was definitely a poor choice of hotel stay housekeeping customer service was definitely very poor. You sign at time of check in saying you do not have a pet and the entire time I saw people with dogs and heard people dogs barking. Then no housekeeping came at all. My boyfriend went dog to request for extra towels they told him no more had came in and they came to our room . By the time the head desk ladycame up they gave him one towel 2 wash clothes for a Friday to Sunday and it was 2 guest. I said I was going to complain but he said said just wait because they started speaking about about him in another language. Then later someone came knocking on our door about can they come because they got call that we were being loud! The nerve... The place to me was not up to my normal standards. Soon as we got in the room. You have to us a roach was crawling over the floor. You have to use your access room card to get power in the room. Which they only gave 1 card! Most places give 2. Never ever again worst stay ever. No pool definitely not a 7/10 if you just want something to stay a make it work lay your head not expecting much 5/10
