The room was very clean, the pool was wonderful! The breakfast was good. No fresh fruit but good waffles. Staff is very pleasant. We will stay again

The staff was excellent, both friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Our issue was with the design of the property itself. The ADA compliant bathroom was horrible. The toilet was too close to the wall and water from the shower ran onto the floor and out the door no matter how careful the user was. The furniture was as cheap as it could possibly be and still function. Overall, I probably wouldn't stay there again as there are other comparably priced options.

Our family recently stayed at Microtel Inn & Suites Camp Lejeune/Jacksonville, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. The first person I want to recognize is KIM, the manager. Her leadership is obvious the moment you walk through the door. She made our family feel genuinely welcome and went out of her way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. KIM has created an atmosphere where guests feel like more than just a room number. She is professional, caring, and clearly takes pride in both her hotel and her staff. I also want to recognize Sheena and Chade at the front desk. They were some of the friendliest hotel employees we have ever met. They took time to talk with us, made our children feel special, and treated us like family. Our kids looked forward to seeing them every day. They handed out candy, invited us to a cookout, and served hot dogs and hamburgers while making everyone feel welcome. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do and care about the guests. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was very good and a great way to start the day before heading out. The location is another huge plus. It’s only a few minutes from some great all-you-can-eat crab leg restaurants and about 30 minutes from Topsail Beach, making it a convenient place for a family vacation.

Room was clean, staff was helpful, everything around was at a good distance and have no complaints whatsoever with everything that was offered to us.

Also something was going on in the room next to us, which was joined by a door; heard the staff talking about needing to “bomb” It but that they didn’t have any, so they mixed other chemicals…

Loved the large walk in shower, hated the bare bedroom floor. Breakfast was so so. Of the things I usually eat - watery oatmeal, old biscuits, coffee was terrible. Several people were making waffles but it was too much of an effort for me.

Great stay

Dirty towel left on back of door, stained used wash cloth left hanging on shower curtain, I didn’t have a tv remote, I notified staff who brought two remotes that didn’t work then never followed up. I checked in on Friday and out on Monday! I got the remote Sunday night only because I asked a different staff. Just overall a bad experience from the other 15 times I’ve stayed at this location!

Rooms were clean, quiet and the beds were comfy. The pool was very clean. Breakfast was pretty good. The ladies were very good about restocking it when it ran out and they were really sweet. Definitely one of my most positive hotel stays. Would stay here again if I am in the area again in the future

Amazing location, there’s a lot of stores around you can walk to. The hotel is extremely clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also good! I liked everything, except there was a darkling beetle on my bed (I didn’t mind lol). Oh and you can kinda hear everything coming from the hallway.

Lady at the desk was so nice and funny, which made checking in very easy. Once I entered my room, it was well cleaned and everything looked and felt fresh. This is my second time staying here and I enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend!

The room was clean and the overall look of the hotel was clean. Some things in the bathroom are outdated but I would choose this hotel again for a short stay.

The property is very nice looking from outside. The staff there are really nice. It smelled awful on the inside. It was not very clean
