TV only had about three channels no cable channels we reported both days but was not accommodating nothing was done

The room was clean but pretty outdated. The breakfast was barely anything, grab and go at best. The sound proofing of the door between rooms was non existent as there was a baby/toddler screaming and crying all night on the other side of it, sounding like we were in the same room. The old air conditioning unit made the room extremely humid and musty smelling. I woke up feeling “wet” and wanted to shower immediately. There was also no hot water in the sink? Just the shower.

Only critique is that room service never stopped in with fresh towels or to change the trash but we managed fine.

The room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable the tv had limited channel’s but that’s ok the breakfast was really good and it made a wonderful start to the morning, sadly the pool was closed because of weather but it looked clean, the staff both in the morning and at night were helpful and kind, I will 100% stay again if I had to go back out that way, best part it was a fraction of the price I would have payed elsewhere.

We had two rooms - both were very clean, however in the peak of the summer, the HVAC in the rooms can’t keep up - both rooms were quite warm and humid. We were however, with a fan, able to get them cool enough at night for sleeping. All of the staff was very friendly. If you are a sports fan - all available channels on the TVs are just sports channels; no local channels or other major networks. Breakfast options were reasonable for the property and fresh each morning. Overall, good value for the price - we would consider staying again if ever in the area.

This was a work related trip. The first night I was woken up in the middle of the night when someone tried to enter my room with a key. It was an employee who was confused because the room showed vacant and I was never registered in the room. I know mistakes happen, but this scare woke me up and interrupted my sleep before a long day of work. Additionally, my TV only had a dozen sports channels and nothing else. The bedside light was not working. Twice I asked for assistance (once in person at the desk). It was never fixed. The rooms are very clean and its nice having a mini fridge and microwave. The common areas arent as well attended to. Chipped pain, sloppy staff uniform polos, vacuum and cart sitting in the hallway for two days. Ive stayed at better Microtels.
