The entire thing was horrible. Safety concerns, there was drug use all around the property and in the rooms next to us, the room was not furnished with what we paid for, the room was dirty and there was no one ever available on staff to help

Great place it's my favorite place to be

The staff were lovely but the property was questionable....there was a smell and stuff we're missing in the room, no microwave, no telephone, towels, had to ask twice...but I knowbtheybwere trying their best. And I respect the staff. The issue was most guests were long term guests.... I wouldn't stay here again. My neighbors kept knocking on my door also? Idk why? It felt unsafe tbh....i asked why they were knocking and they said they were just checking.... for what???...

That all 3 of my rooms had no towels and I had to go get them my self from up front because the phone would not work and 1 of the rooms had no pillow cases on the pillows

My room was great. The staff very nice and helpful. Love the lobby attendants and the maintenence too. They are on top of things! I enjoyed my stay so far. And the coffee here is amazing too

I love it here. Its going to be heartbreaking when I have to leave. I am going to miss the people a lot. Very friendly and helpful.

Had people with guns there towels wasnt available not a great place to stay wasnt a safe place motel was clean

I give the hotel credit for stepping up. but it's not a safe environment for unknown travelers to the area.

The room was disgusting, very dirty the door was damaged very noisy and wasn't a safe place

It was very clean and quite and the staff was very friendly The microwave and room phone in my room didn’t work

I left because I found a bug in my bed and the air conditioning smelled horrible. I was not able to get a refund and paid to stay in another hotel.

We received no towels and ended up having to switch rooms because it wouldn't lock. And the toilet didn't work in the new room. And also received no towels or wash clothes

Pain disgusting. Dog food on the floor. Dirty dog prints on bedding. Smoke alarm hanging from ceiling, no battery. We got two rooms, family trip. The receptionist got us another room but it wasn’t clean either, lights didn’t work and the tub filled up when tried to take a shower. That’s when we just couldn’t take it anymore. First 30-45 minutes of our vacation. Oh and the pool was green and there was grown men inviting the kids to go swim. Social services was there and police arrested someone. Nightmare

No puedo quejarme por el precio. La habitación estaba limpia, nada de bichos ni cosas raras, solo un poco incómodo por los vecinos que obviamente no parecen viajeros, parece que viven en el hotel. El personal muy amable a pesar de que me quedé esperando mis toallas limpias.

They were nice and sweet. There was a guest in 260 that was also really really sweet.

The property was absolutely disgusting the floors were disgusting our feet were black walking 2 seconds on the floor. The toilets didn't flush. The shower water was cold. There was food dried up on the walls. They was black footprints on the Walls by the door. There was no blankets on the bed just sheets. Zero out of 10 I would not recommend staying here. We were told that our money would be refunded to us it's been almost week in the money still hasn't showed up in my account.

Pool, and easy access to laundry facilities. Employees were all very friendly and quick to help when needed. Location was great close to dinning and shopping. My only dislike was the floor, could use a good scrub/cleaning.
