The best thing about this hotel was the staff. The staff were very polite

Me gustó mucho la habitación muy funcional y cerca a todas las tiendas cajeros la distancia a la playa a la final no influye mucho ya que con carro todo es más fácil, lo único que no me gustó mucho es que nunca me dieron toallas para la habitación y las sábanas o cobijas estaban algo sucias por favor tengan en cuenta eso pero lo demás me gustó mucho

Nice people and good location

The staff are amazing and understanding. Check In is simple and hassle free. It’s located just across the street from Walmart and is safe even for families with kids. The pool is nice and well maintained. The rooms are clean and all other amenities are clean and easily accessible. We don’t have pets but other guests do have pets on site. This place is truly a haven.

Clean rooms kitchen are a blessing and the stuff is great and the maintenance Mr Phil and Mr James is on it always very hard workers

First of all there was no one at the desk. They had a torn off piece of paper for people to put their name on to check out. As we drove in to the parking lot I realized this was not a normal place to stay but that many people actually live there. Laundry hanging in the parking lot between two cars. People cooking out. The place looked like a place for homeless and or refugees. When I got in the room I was immediately disgusted. The refrigerator had huge dents on it. The room was NOTHING like the picture. I looked at my friends and said I am not staying here. No way. I went across to the microtel. That place was amazing. I felt safe there. I would have never felt safe at the one I booked through Expedia. There was a half smoked joint laying on a ledge by the stairway. Someone must have lost some acrylic nails they were also on the ground. The microwave sits on a tv tray in the “kitchen” area. Everything was appalling. I ended up mayo h more obviously but my safety and well being are worth it. So NOT book to stay at this place

The staff was awesome!! Very welcoming and she was very helpful! The property itself is well maintained for its price point but it is lacking. I do not recommend this hotel if you want a quiet nights sleep because the beds have springs and are noisy and there’s lot of people wandering the property playing music and hanging out outdoors. And there’s no one to shoo them off. So for the price everything is above average but I don’t be back

the second bed was a couch pullout with no sheets on the stained mattress and no blanket, the doors didn't fit well with lots of light showing all around, there was no switch for the fan in the bathroom, there were 2 tvs but only 1 remote. little things like that made us decide we need to be nicer to ourselves; a lower price is not worth the price of lower comfort.

Room smelled like cigarettes and A/C barely worked.

i arrive at 4pm for my stay and they said my room would be ready at 430 but when i came back the lady doing my room said it still was not ready i finaly got in my room at 530. i was tired from my trip so i laided down. At about 630 the manager told me later that they had something called shift change and all hell broke lose. People were yelling and screaming. They start knocking on my door until 12pm. The room next to me had two large dogs and they would start barking because the people knocking on my door were looking for them next door. This went on until about 2 or 3 and i finnaly past out.The next day i checked out because i thought it was unsafe. By the way this motel does not have a ice machine and they said they had no shampoo for room because it didnt come in. I left jacksonville early because i was upset. I tried to get a copy of my bill but they said the computer were down and they said they would email me the bill which i still have gotten. People i talk to around the area said this is common. They charged me for the 3 full days and i am pissed.

The rooms were really nasty, and we had reservations for 3 rooms. The bed sheet was dirty, and it even had creases. The counter tables and all were super dirty. I even told the manager (Terri) to please take a look when i when to put my thing in the room and nothing was done. let to talk about the smell of weed, cigarret, mold, ect smell was crazy. I also told the manager (Terri ) and she sid she will put an oder machine and it was onlt please in one room. when we came back from our outting nothing at 12 am was done . All was told to be fix at chek in 3pm. When I call her at 12am because the lobby was close the manager Terri was super rude hang up the phone and all. PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PLACE.

First off our bed had a broken leg so the left side was sitting on the floor while the right side was leaning up. OUR ICE BUCKET WAS FULL OF MOLDED PUKE!! Let me repeat that, the ice bucket was FULL OF MOLDED PUKE!!! When I was going to give my son a bath I found a chunk of USED SOAP stuck to the bottom of the tub!! Twice our room key stopped working. The staircase was an absolute mess from I’m assuming tenants living in the rooms right in front of it. They were constantly blocking the stairs smoking (more than cigarettes) at ALL hours of the day. They had their clothes hanging all over the stair railings and lighters and trash all over the stairs causing flys everywhere. While most of them were kind enough to allow us to use the stairs not all of them were so kind leaving us to walk to find another stair case to use.

The room is great! Theres no breakfast as of yet but the coffee is great. Enjoying my stay.

The good..great price and great location with plenty of restaurants near by..the bad..not a place for a few days stay. People living there and arguing and fighting all hours of the night..the ugly..nonresponsive staff to ac not working and shower drain clogged..said they would send someone and never did. I had to take drain apart and clean it myself in order to be able to shower..guess you get what you pay for.

Only complaint was loud neighbors

Great location at intersection of N. Marine and Western Blvd. Close to all the big chain stores and restaurants. Directly across from Walmart and walking distance to Murphy, a modern gas station and convenience store just a few steps away from motel. Dog friendly with plenty of grassy, tree lined areas to walk them. Very quiet, without extra pedestrian traffic and noisy guests. Coin free washers and dryers on site with use of laundry app. Accommodating, friendly staff.
