Best Western Jamaica Inn

Not the best smelling hotel and room ..

My stay was good overall. It’s a fine hotel. The only issue I had was the early morning noise by the cleaning crew. They have to be mindful of the guests and the fact that check out is at 11. Some guests may be resting before checking out.

My sister and I stayed at this hotel and we loved it. Staff was nice, the food for breakfast was good, and we liked the area. Would highly recommend:)

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were warm and friendly, the included breakfast was a great bonus, and the location was perfect. Our room was comfortable, and overall we had an excellent experience. Highly recommend!

It served its purpose The rooms were dated water was leaking in one of the rooms so we had to change rooms and there was water leaking in that room. This hotel needs a definite upgrading.

Place was decently clean, room had no issues all clean and updated, bed was very comfortable and the location was good, many options around. No complaints

I liked it when I left. This is by far, the worst hotel I've ever been in. I did not spend the night. Walked out immediately upon entering the room Everything. The smell was unbearable, the place was damp, dark, the room was under ground, the carpet looked like it was in a murder scene. We didn't stay more than 60 second in the room, we help dirty just bring in it, we did not sit, or touch anything in it. Absolutely horrible.
