Good Breakfast and Good Location All was well

Nice clean and staff were nice It wasn’t the property it was the cost for one night was quite a lot but it was great and made me feel welcome

Location wasn't very secure I didn't like the communication with the hotel stuff after check out, the only possibility for solving the problems was calling.

Breakfast was basic. Room size was good. Breakfast could have been better.

Cons: The transportation they have only picks up and drops off in one place. We found it much easier to bring our car to a long term parking lot and take their shuttle to and from the airport. There is only street parking for the hotel. I don't know where else we would have parked if we didn't find a space out front. The elevators only worked when you scanned your room key. I was asked twice to give people entry who "didn't have their room key". When I told them I would not help them and to go to the front desk, they walked out of the hotel. This did not make me feel very safe at all. One man even got upset with me that I would not scan my key to give him access to some random hallway. NO thanks. Lastly, the main lock on our door was missing. It was late when I realized, so I used the couch and my luggage to secure the door so no one could come in. There was truly no where to sit and eat. You had all the fast food restaurants within walking distance, but it was not what I had in mind for a relaxing dinner before our travel day with an 18 month old. Advice: bring some white noise!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, large walk in shower. No cup or glass in the room so you drank from your cupped hands. There was a fridge and microwave, but no glasses or dishes! Also, I asked for a receipt when I checked out, but she said Booking would send me one. Instead, I got a receipt from the hotel emailed to me and they charged me $8.00 more than the price Booking confirmed it would be.

The room had wet carpet. We were missing an ice bucket and glasses. This was promptly delivered after we talked to the front desk.

Area around hotel was noisy but I guess it’s to be expected for a hotel near a major airport.

Great staff. Comfortable and tasty room. Decent enough breakfast. Nice feel overall. More hooks in the room would have been useful. The fridge is too big for its cabinet. There was no water available to purchase the whole time I stayed there. Staff gave conflicting information about breakfast end time, but in the end I got my food after some debate.

Great overnight stay, comfortable beds, great staff, great breakfast…neighborhood is not a great one for walking parks or dining. 10 min (depending on traffic) to JFK with shuttle

I've never been to New York before, and it's a pretty convenient place to stay. The room is great, clean, hygienic, but I can't find disposable slippers.Yes,they do not have it how to take a shower?The breakfast is delicious, the environment is good, but sleeping at night can be a bit noisy from streets. The price may seem slightly higher than expected, but it's not that bad. Maybe it would be more welcoming and to provide disposable slippers as well.

The hotel shuttle drivers were professional, kind,helpful,and charming! The front desk personnel were phenomenal! I was surprised when I arrived earlier than normal check in hours that a room was available! What a wonderful surprise since my sister flew in from Bogota Colombia. The location of the hotel is not far from the subway. The hotel is charming, clean,and modern! The size of our room large ,the bathroom sparkling clean,and the bed was extremely comfortable!
