The staff was very nice. The pool area was beautiful, and the room great. We would definitely stay there again!

when we arrived, no handicap room was available. elevator was out of order. our room was a long why down the pool. on Saturday evening we found out our room key/cards did not work. called for help and was told we had to walk all the way back to the lobby for different key. no reason was given as too why our keys didn't work.

The hotel looked very runned down, when I got there my room wasnt ready. There were 5 other families who had been waiting for hours for their rooms to be cleaned and ready. The property was very dirty, not kepted up with. The staff was very unprofessional, ghetto.

Very moderate hotel very nice staff pool was great some hair here and there but was pretty clean. Ask front for towels before entering pool other than that it was good stay i will come and stay again forsure. The kids loved the pool and how quite it is thank you for the great stay.

The property was easily accessible from the highway. The property seems a bit dated. The beds were a bit uncomfortable. The carpet had a stain that was permanent by one of the beds. The best thing was the shower and water pressure was excellent. The breakfast was good with eggs and sausage. Overall, our stay was okay, but not great, for the cost being over $160.00.

The place was not well kept. The elevator was not working and the drunks for the attacked bar gave us an uneasy feeling. Ww did not feel safe.

Staff was nice and friendly, however the hotel is falling into disrepair. Many ceiling leaks and water damage all over property including in the pool area which was actively leaking. Elevator out of service due to a flood on the lower level. Pool water was fairly cold and our room consistently smelled like pot or cigarettes and we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. We had to sleep all night with the bathroom exhaust fan running. Complimentary breakfast was good. Older hotel that was nice years ago but is clearly not in good condition or kept up any longer. Minus the room smelling, it was at least clean and acceptable.

We enjoyed our stay. We had dinner at the adjoining restaurant/bar and the food was good. We had a poolside room which was nice. We used the hot tub, and it was nice, but would have been better if it wasn't full of kids. We were hoping that by using it later in the evening (8:30-10:00) that it would have less kids. I wish there was an adults only hour from 10:00-11-00. But, it was still enjoyable. My only complaint about the room is that the shampoo AND conditioner were both completely empty in the shower.... Which of course I didn't realize until I was already in the shower! I had to shut off the water, get out of the shower, and rummage through my travel bag to find random little bottles that I had leftover from other hotels. But, again, overall good experience and we would stay there again.

The pool area was definitely a highlight of our stay, along with the breakfast. Most staff were friendly and helpful, but our room did not have any pillows for the sofa bed. I asked once at the desk, and they could not leave the desk to retrieve pillows from another floor. (Understandable) I went 15 minutes later to ask, as instructed, and a different person said they don't have any. I told her the previous person said they would get them from a different floor. She said she would bring them to our room, but she never did. The breakfast was great! And coffee is available any time.

Helpful staff, and the kids loved the pool

It's pretty dated-looking inside and out. Hallways smell a little musty and smoky. But the rooms were clean and pool was nice.

Hotel needs major remodel/update. Very dirty. Stale smoke odor. Carpeting & bathrm floor disgusting. Plunger was broke in the tank so couldn't flush. Ice machine filthy. Could use fresh paint inside to make it look nice. Window sills to breakfast area disgustingly dusty/dirty. Will not stay here again.

Breakfast was good.

We left, we didn’t even stay. The staff was rude and I have a special needs child with me, who can not use the stairs like that. They tried to put us up on the 2nd or 3rd floor with the elevator being out of service. I’ll be calling Expedia tomorrow for a full refund. They were aweful!

It was a very busy weekend for them so I gave some grace. Our room and hallways smelled of smoke. The elevator was broken. Rooms were not ready to check in on time. Our toilet plugged and there was no maintenance working.

Broken elevator, broken hot tub. Night club music blaring from the bar at continental breakfast. Asked the employee to close the doors or turn down the music. He refused, with attitude. Not allowed to take breakfast to the room. Big room, low water pressure. Will not stay again.

It was a very nice stay. All though the shower head broke off when turned. Tissues only had 1 in the box. Only one coffee cup supplies for that were not filled. We enjoyed the pool. We tried to enjoy the hot tub. The water was too hot.
