The online photos of the atrium and pool appear to be from 20 years ago. It has now taken on a patina reserved for a ‘76 Granada. The room was sort of clean. It appeared that the carpet had been vacuumed in the high traffic areas, but moving any furniture revealed debris fields from past room occupants. All horizontal surfaces had semi sticky surfaces, including the bathroom flooring. At 3:00 AM we were awakened by an alarm in the facility. At first we thought there was a fire, but noticed that there were no flashing lights or people leaving their rooms. We deduced that it was a flood alarm as we could hear water running. A call to the front desk for confirmation went unanswered (to be fair, they were probably receiving multiple calls). Our suspicion regarding flooding was confirmed as we were leaving later that morning. Ceiling tiles above the interior balcony were bowing and leaking. From our experience it easy to state: Would not recommend.

Rooms were musty like humidity was super high. Pool is nice, as is hot tub. Man at the front desk was super helpful and kind.

First, the staff was very polite and pleasant. This review is no reflection on them. This property is an old hotel with a newer coat of paint and some pictures, but otherwise is a terrible facility. The first room we were assigned had a toilet that did not flush. We were moved to a second room, and the shower in that room did not drain. The HVAC units were dirty, as was the well worn carpet and the well worn, uncomfortable mattresses. The entire facility is worn and rusted with some obvious plumbing issues. This property needs a complete remodel or rebuild. It was likely a nice property decades ago but is in an advanced state of decay. Additionally, someone attempted to open our door at midnight on the night we stayed. Overall a terrible experience and a waste of money.

The lady working the night we arrived was a crab. The guy working the day we left was fantastic. The elevator was out of order. The carpeted stairs everyone has to use have not been vacuumed in years and are disgusting. The room was ok except for some baseboard peeling off in the bathroom that could easily be fixed.

I loved our room. Clean, cute, and comfortable. The staff was nice and knowledgeable. I got full off the breakfast. I don't drink liquor but the food was really good. I would recommend this hotel.

You can tell this was once a much nicer hotel, but has fallen into disrepair. The elevator was out-of-service. At 8:00am on a Saturday morning, the coffee in the lobby was empty. The coffee in the breakfast area was also empty, and there was very little food left/available. We ended up going elsewhere for coffee and food.

I regularly stay at this hotel and I never have any complaints. The staff is always nice. Breakfast has so many options. And who doesn’t love taking a dip in the pool and sitting in the hot tub!?
-
Not worth the price. Next to a bar/club.

Breakfast was incredible, But when I first entered my room, it had an odor, im not sure what it was but it smelled, I didn’t complain about it though, just dealt with it, But other then that the room was very clean, I will stay again at some point, Thank you

Property was clean. Staff was kind. Breakfast was Continental. Something there for everyone to pick something they'd like. Pool was busy with a party all evening. This made our room nosier than if we picked a non poolside room. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

This place is recently undergone a flood. The place smells of mildew. The carpets are dirty. The plumbing is clogged. I would avoid this at all costs.
-
The room and hallway smells like cigarettes even with the no smoking signs. The power kept going out when trying to use the microwave.
-
The room was just so, so. There was food still in the refrigerator from someone else. The pillows were the size of sofa cushions. Trash all outside the door where we had to come in and out. Don’t think I will stay at this hotel again.

The breakfast was really good. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was musty, the floor had stains, the walls had blotches of caked dirt. Bed was comfortable.
-
Breakfast was great and clean area to eat, room was clean, pool was clean and warm! Staff were fine. Negative: Elevator was not working
-
Breakfast was the usual which is fine with us -- waffles, pancakes, eggs etc. The breakfast room was a jaunt through the lobby and down the hallway. The eating area was clean and spacious. The parking lot was full of potholes and needs to be resurfaced.
-
The room was spacious and clean though it was odd there was no towel racks in the bathroom just an open vanity shelf for the clean towels. Also the shower drained so slow it built up water in the tub during a shower. Ok that’s some minor stuff as the beds were veery comfortable and the breakfast buffet outstanding We’d stay here again as the pricing was very reasonable

The room was nice and cold when we got there.

The room had an odor, the telephone didn’t work, the elevator wasn’t working, the carpet was wet, and we had 1-2 flies everyday not sure where they were coming from, turns out this floor had been flooded back in April and they hadn’t finished this floor
