Room was clean. The hot breakfast was enjoyable. Staff was accommodating and helpful.

Front desk was very friendly. The elevator did not work and hasn’t worked in 6 months. I really needed it due to tendinitis in my legs. Hotel overall was noisy. Breakfast was decent but no tables were ever wiped off and it was a long walk to the breakfast room in the building adjacent and then in the back of that room.I was traveling with a friend and had booked 2 rooms on the same reservation. We were literally placed in rooms at opposite ends of the hotel from each other.

The tub drained way too slowly and the iron didn’t work. Notified the front desk.

The room itself was fine, but the pool area was not great. The jets in the hot tub barely turned on. It was more like a hot bath. There was a birthday party going on, which was also fine, but the garbages were overflowing and was not enjoyable to observe the mess.

Elevator was not working when we went. Not sure if they fixed it but had little kids with a lot of stuff to take care of them. Would have called earlier to try to get a room on the main floor if I would have known.

The price was right and it was good overall. However, the humidity was high due to the pool with a slight musty smell that was in the same spots as you walked thru. There were some missing ceiling tiles and the elevator was out of order. However they were willing to move rooms if you couldn’t manage stairs. As for our room the light shade was pretty gross and the phone had something spilled on it that soaked thru to the menu template. The free breakfast had a lot of options and was available longer than most hotels. I’d stay there again the things wrong are minor and could be easily fixed.

Very easy to access and close to shopping and restaurants. Comfortable bed and very quiet. Staff was very accommodating!

Rooms were ok, ours had a bathroom sink that drained really slow and the toilet seat was broke. The elevator was not working ( asked how long and said a while) pool area was nice but had birthday parties going and was very noisy and adults couldn’t use the hot tub. Most everything was clean but tired looking.

Needs some TLC and investment. Rugs are stained in places need new ones and so on

The front desk is always nice to us we’ve only stayed twice but they work really hard with what they have the front desk lady and I believe was the manager the last time we came we got there early and they ended up not having the room ready ( which is our fault for coming early ) they ended up apologizing to us even though they had no obligation to have it ready early ! ) you can tell the staff gets along really well :) they are honestly all so friendly ! They really don’t bother you unless you need something ! Our toddler was very fussy one of the nights and a bit loud we obviously would have left to ensure guest not being disturbed if it became too much but they never complained very awesome staff :)

It wasn't the cleanest hotel, but it was still a good place to stay for the cost while visiting.

Did not do breakfast as I had to be on the road by 6 am and Sunday breakfast did not start until 7. Room was clean but had a slight odor, maybe someone had smoked a cigarette in the non-smoking room. Overall staff I encountered were very helpful and I would recommend this Americinn.

It’s a huge property with wonderful pool & breakfast. It’s old and dated but clean. I slept great in the bed. Only negative - I couldn’t find anyone to check me in at 9pm arrival. Front desk staff did not answer phone and did not leave a note on when they would return or other ways to contact them. It took more than 10 minutes to find someone.

Clean, helpful and courteous staff, great bar in the same building! Roxtar Bar was awesome!

The pool and jacuzzi was awesome. Breakfast was really good. Staff was pleasant

The on site bar was so much fun! The locals were super friendly and our bartender “K” was attentive, engaging and so much fun! They also serve food!!! Only downside is the weekends, and it’s a small one…The pool is so great that a lot of kids enjoy it on the weekends and it can get loud…pool closes at 10:00 and it is usually quiet by 9:00.

Great breakfast

I booked months in advance but got a room that smelled moldy. The carpets throughout were dirty. I asked the desk for extra towels but had to find a housekeeper myself and she was very helpful.
