The hotel was standard and fair for the price. Nothing extraordinary as far as service or amenities. The principal downsides were limited parking and awkward access from the road and confined space.

The shower had excellent pressure and equal dispersion of water. Very nice but as a taller individual, I would have preferred it mounted a foot higher. Along those same lines the mirror could’ve been raised so I didn’t have to bend halfway over to see my hair. The person manning the check-in desk was highly regarded but competent. Breakfast consisted of waffles and yogurt. No fruit, no eggs, no bacon no sausage no biscuits and gravy. I was fortunate enough to snag the last half cup of milk and there was coffee. For the money spent, I would probably go back.

Bed made noises if we moved. In the morning the maid knocked on the door and made us answer while we were gettting showered and dressed. location

I'm a wheelchair user. They have a steep ramp to enter the building, and then you have to ring a door bell to enter the accessible door. The door bell didn't work and staff didn't answer the phone for over 20 minutes. Was waiting outside in the rain and cold to be let in the building. When I brought up the issue to the staff, they replied to me allergicthat I just work here Staff was extremely rude. Was running a vacuum up and down the hallway at 2 am.

It was no frills, as expected. Employees were friendly and helpful. It was clean. Pillows were comfortable. Offer a couple of fruit items for breakfast. The toilet was very low and the bed very high. Mattress not comfortable. Room fairly small for a king size bed.

Bathroom fan didn’t work. Pillows were lumpy. 7am noise from housekeeping woke me.
