I was not given the room I booked. When I spoke with the front desk they said the hotel was full and it was Hotel.com's fault not their that I received a lesser room. I had booked a king suite and paid for the king suite. I was given a standard 2 queen bed room which is a lesser quality room. I told the front desk that it is very unlikely that Hotel.com made the mistake as I had been using Hotel.com for 15 years and this had never happened and I book a great deal of hotels as I travel a great deal.

I booked here after my flight was delayed and Cobblestone properties cancelled my entire reservation with no refund because I was unable to check in on time. The hotel was clean, kind, and so helpful with absolutely everything the entire time of my stay. I will be back the next time I visit.

Great place for an overnight stay. Convenient location near the highway and comfortable amenities. I really appreciated all the outlets on the nightstand.
