The location Well when I got there they told me I was moved to the holiday Inn, "completely paid for" which it was not i ended up having to pay even more then my origanal booked room for somthing that was not nearly as nice and they didnt say anything, not a text or a call or even a email to let mw know they didn't have a room for me instead I drove 7 hours to get moved to a lesser hotel and had to pay more even tho I booked my hotel 2 almost 3 months in advance, oh and the lady at the desk was entirely to rude when dealing with customers

I had to call the front desk as I could not get my TV on when i first checked in. A gentlemen from the front desk came up in 2 minutes to address the issue which was a breaker.

Breakfast was disappointing. We have stayed at this location since it was new. Use to offer a nice hot breakfast with eggs, meat and oatmeal. Now all they have our predone wrapped sandwiches and instant oatmeal. My husband was very disappointed. Went to McDonalds. Coffee fair. Furniture in room torn and scratched. Definitely need to upgrade furnishings. No hot water....lukewarm shower. Side entrances dirty. We will not be coming back for awhile. Much better hotels in area.

Clean and the whole staff was great. From the overnight person who found us a room after our last one was infested with ants to nicole the lady helping with the breakfast was fantastic and remembered that i had a food allergy and made sure i coule have stuff. Great staff and will be back!

Also the young lady that was taking care of the breakfast was the best! She kept everything stocked and clean! The price was a little high for the weekend.

Nothing. I was told my card would not be charged and it was! I was lied to!

Barely any hot water. Tried taking a shower 3 times and each time the hot water ran out quick and was freezing cold. Hotel places strange holds on credit cards, $1 and $40. Had to pay for premium WiFi as the free basically didn’t work. For more than $300 for two nights I expected more.
